Davinci's Demons had potential but Starz couldn't pull through again. This is a great looking show but the plot doesn't pull you in! Maybe if this was a 30 minute show instead of an hour...The acting isn't very convincing.

Cliff hanger at the end of season 2 makes me want to finish the series. Then I discovered it was cancelled without a real ending. I was disappointed.

Though clearly not historically accurate, this program would've benefitted greatly by being just a documentary of sorts. Mixing the fantastic with the historical is left to public schools, right? Shouldn't our tv be the one thing that doesn't lie to us?

This takes a lot of liberties, you don't believe for a minute this could have happened, visually good.

Leonardo DaVinci is an interesting subject for a series.

I had much greater expectations of this acting and dialogue often unconvincing. Hard to believe that da Vinci was really like this.

I has bought this for the family but little too much to know that there was all this nudity in it.

I could not stop watching this show since it arrived in the mail. I really like how this show covers an interesting period of time in Da Vinci's life. I want to say he is supposed to be in his 30's? The characters are interesting and deep which is always a plus. I can't wait until series 2 arrives!

If you're looking for a new & exciting show to watch, this is the one. I loved it. I can't wait for Season 2. The acting is great & the characters are so believable. The story is interesting. It's a show that you must own on Blu-ray.

If you want that, watch a documentary. Even then, "facts" can be in question or in dispute. Just so long as what is presented does not stray too outrageously from fact. Another reviewer lamented about how our schools are mixing fact & fiction, and asked "shouldn't our TVs not lie to us?" Well, TV has mostly lied to everyone since signals began broadcasting entertainment on it. It's called "fiction". I enjoy the dramatic take on characters like Da Vinci from this series, because I didn't take it too seriously. It's entertainment!

Definitely worth watching. If you don't mind historical inaccuracies and just want to enjoy a fictional retelling of history then this is a great show for you.
