Delivered with the ice Alert not working, service has been out, cannot repair and Best Buy has no others available and we have extra warranty that’s of little help

it's not bad for the money spent ................

I have owned this refrigerator for about a year now. I love the look, space, and functionality of the product. Unfortunately, about a month ago the refrigerator fan started making a wobbling noise whenever it came on. We had the Geek Squad come look at it. They diagnosed the problem to be a KNOWN problem with this model and scheduled a follow up visit to fix it. The problem is ice build up around the fan. They are here now with an adhesive of some sort and they have taken apart the fridge to access the fan. The technician pulled out a handful of ice from around the fan. The technician tells me he has been instructed to use the adhesive around the fan to keep the ice from building up. He cannot guarantee how long the fix will last. This sounds like a very weak fix to a known problem on a $8,000 product. We shall see but I do not have high hopes for the future of this product running smoothly. I do not know if they will come out to fix again it once the warranty runs out.

purchased it on sale in the summer and installed it recently when our 13yr old refrigerator had to go on life support. I like the solid feel of the refrigerator. As one reviewer posted, even tho it officially has less space than the old KA, it feels as big but easier to manage, lighting is great. Negatives- there seems to be a constant hum- very low level but always present from the fridge. Stainless steel doors smudge extra easy, door does not shut without force, and gallon containers can’t fit on those doors. At the sale price this was a no brainer, but if I was paying full price, I’d have to think about it.

Old Viking died after 20 years. Dacor popped up on my BB app and we ordered it. Quick, professional delivery and installation. Everything works great. I wish the water dispenser hose was 1/4" longer when filling my water bottles. We are buying for our new home in Lake Las Vegas. :<)

This is a good built in fridge that we found for a great price at Best Buy. Our only complaint is it’s HEAVY and Best Buy reps told us they would deliver but didn’t. Frustrating that you can’t phone the local store!

Love this new fridge. Self closing door. We have had excellent service from our past Dacor appliances. So hoping this one lasts a long time

The refrigerator is fine and the service people in the store were lovely but the driver of the truck that came to install it was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I ask for four men because it had to go up two flights of stairs. The contract stated it could be taken up to four flights. Only two men showed up. He refused to get two more men. I had to hire a moving company to take it upstairs.

Purchased my Dacor refridgerator at the end of July, it was great for about 25 days and then failed, requested a replacement since it was still new and was denied because it was outside of 14 days. Service engineer said that the refridgerant leaked out and it needed a compressor and evaporator, and was probably an issue from the start. I have now been without a refridgerator for over a month and I am not happy, This has been very stressfull, can't beleive how little they are concerned about customers and their satisfaction.

Fixed 2x in first year and then replaced for free less than two years after purchase when they couldn't fix it again. Now, 2.5 years into purchase, the "new" fridge (replaced 12 months ago) has completely stopped working.
