    After several weeks of use, the refrigerator seems to be operating properly. Water and ice work well. Overall happy with purchase.

    Replaced its 20+ year-old GE model predecessor. Hugh upgrade. The control panel is very good.

    Good fridge but awful delivery and haul away experience … took 5 tries. Luckily corporate stepped in and helped with resolution but it was still a horrible experience and wish I never would have bought this fridge.

    I love the looks of my refrigerator. The doors are wonderfully heavy and there is definitely more space in it than my old Kitchenaid side by side. Only negative is you can hear the motor running. It is not totally quiet.

    So disappointed in Best Buy--It's been a colossal waste of time and energy. there was a previous DACOR advertised as on sale -- could not be ordered online and required in store purchase - went to the store only to be told it was Out of Stock. However a few days later the item showed up online again as available -- only to be told it was not in the state and could not be ordered as they don't deliver. We went ahead with the purchase of the newer model that costs about twice the price. We paid and scheduled delivery based on our move in date to a new place. Close to the delivery date --got notice that there was delay and that we needed to reschedule for a later date; we made contact rescheduled it -- a few days later got notice of a month delay and would need to reschedule a month later. Since it's difficult to live without a fridge --we wanted to cancel the order --which took some additional contact, then we were told the refund would take 30 days. This is absolutely ridiculous, we got charged for something that apparently not even in stock at Best Buy; I have made so many appliance purchases with Best Buy and always considered it my go to place -- but after this experience coupled with another on a stove last year -- I think I will look else where next time.

    Beware. We ordered this refrigerator because it was on sale and was supposed to deliver quickly. The item is not actually in stock even though there is a delivery date. Delivery kept getting pushed out, and notification was one business day before delivery. We eventually canceled our order. It was a frustrating, poor experience with Best Buy.

    DACOR REFRIGERATOR

    After a little over 2years we are having issues with the freezer not cooling below 20 degrees F and the ice maker stopped working. The ice making capacity is small with a long turnaround. The ice dispensing is wonky, delays, piles up inside and then dumps it all. I contacted Dacor and we are having the service done this week. The price on this appliance is WAYYY too high.

    As we were replacing a built-in 42” we asked for two in-home inspections which were done. Neither one noted steps to our main floor would cause Best Buy to refuse delivery and installation. When the refrigerator arrived and was ready for delivery, Best Buy told us their premium appliance contractor refused to bring the product into our house or install it. Despite the unbelievable effort by the Cary store Appliance Resoltion Manager, Best Buy distribtion left it in our garage. They told us we had to fugure it out. I call this selling a product under false pretenses. To-date this has cost us close to $2k in additional costs. BB Total concierge service offered us a $200 store gift card for our trouble.

    Advertised discounted but of course not available , no help in store. Ordered online with customer service lost 15% rewards because sale processed incirrectly. Best buy says I’ll receive a responce in 24-48 hours, 2 chats and 2 calls and 2 weeks later still no reponse from best buy. They have lost my business !!!!

    Unit makes an annoying high pitch squeal a good amount of the time. Only had it two weeks. Will make a service call and hope for the best. Should have gone with the KitchenAid. Freezer space a bit small too.

    Time the order was placed, Best Buy continued with a steady stream of communications, informing us of the delivery, preparation‘s, status of the set up team and everything was delivered on time. They did an excellent job of Removing the old refrigerator and setting up the new one. These built-in units are a little more labor-intensive.

    After just 14 months, the refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing. To avoid any potential hassle with the manufacturer, I purchased the 5-year Protection plan offered by BestBuy. However, I was referred to call Dacor directly. Frustrating and confusing!
