    Gave this as a gift, and when the person tried to use it, they were told it was not activated. They had to use their own money for the meal. So aggravating!!!!!

    If something goes wrong or you want a refund for any reason - good luck. You might as well just give cash as gifts.

    Awful! They didn’t activate the cards! I am still in Best Buy trying to get corporate to fix their error. They hung up twice and a a manger had to help me get this resolved. I am not sure it will get resolved!
