I love the movie of course I was excited to see it in 4K but the picture is not as crisp as other movies I have in 4K that are made from the same year of movie

I'm a big fan of the Batman series. And this one was excellent I'm also very big fan of Tom Harding and I didn't even recognize him in this movie I guess that shows what a good actor he really is . If you haven't seen this film I really suggest that you check it out .

The visuals and action scenes are top notch. Definitely worthy of watching in 4K. But the story is not as good as the other two and the villain is a letdown.

Excellent version of this movie. Even in theaters, when this movie first came out, it didn't look as good as it does on this disc. The colors pop and the contrast is next level. I recommend anyone with the DVD or even Bluray formats of this movie to purchase.

Picked this up on a pre-black friday sale, and the price for blurry was less than the DVD normally cost. Love this movie - best, most intense Batman yet. Only thing bad - Ultraviolet. They should just provide a digital copy, not this Ultraviolet mess. I'm a Mac user, and I've never been able to get Ultraviolet working right, despite their compatibility chart. Just let me put it in iTunes.

I’m giving this film 5 Stars for the quality of the presentation here in 4K. It’s reference quality of what was just a good film. The HDR is put to good use in this film and although it’s not in Dolby Atmos, the soundtrack remains epic with all the horns and strings.

This is a great film that wraps everything well in a way that still feels like it leaves things open so that our imagination can decide what happens next. The way things happen and why it happens is so well done that it manages to connect things from the other two films. The story of Batman has been told in a phenomenal way.

Excellent way to conclude the trilogy. I was glued to my couch from start to finish. Too bad the next batman movie is not slated to have the same cast. Who knows?...Ben may pleasantly surprise us. Anne Hathaway was a stunning and believable catwoman, unlike Michelle P. and Halle B. But there will never be another Eartha Kitt. She will always reign over this role. C. Nolan is a pure talent.

Watched the trilogy again for the first time in years and the jump to 4K is undeniably significant. This is the real deal. Everything was digitally shot in 4K or the original 35/70mm film negative was scanned in 4K and all the mastering/editing was done in 4K. This is one of the rare examples of VFX work being rendered in 4K.

The Dark Knight Rises is a 2012 superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan, who co-wrote the screenplay with his brother Jonathan Nolan, and the story with David S. Goyer. Featuring the DC Comics character Batman, the film is the final installment in Nolan's The Dark Knight Trilogy, and the sequel to The Dark Knight (2008).

only negative issue with this purchase is they don't come with the UHD digital codes anymore. Otherwise the movie is worth getting over the DVD or Blu-Ray edition.

I bought this to complete my Batman collection and it works the way it's supposed to. Spins perfectly, and the disk is what the box said it was. Sadly enough, that isn't always the case. I actually like the movie to. So...you know...that's a bonus.

I love the Bane character because of his unique voice and I thought it would rumble in surround sound, but it doesn't. I also got it because it's the last movie with Christian Bale. I'm not a fan of his but gosh, I just accepted the man as the new batman with his previous role, and now they went and got Ben Affleck!!?!? I haven't been able to see him play that role justifiably. He doesn't fit. Anyway, the movie quality is great and it still sounds great on surround sound.

Wow this looks wild in 4k, such a good film. The opening just grabs you and never lets go, I really do love this movie. Maybe you can't understand Bane, OK I gt it. But you can feel his words, you understand what he wants and man what a visual feast.

I enjoyed the series and the intensity of the plot. It had a lot of FX in it of course, but it was a very good movie. It's not like the old comics I used to read, but it's a current edition of what they want Batman to be like. It was well done.

You might as well close out this amazing trilogy and get the final film. Brightness runs a little dark and this movie has a lot of low-end subwoofer rumbling, which I think most people buying this will like.

While I personally think story-wise, this was the weakest of the trilogy, it did not lack for picture or sound in this presentation. I have the same grievance as Batman Begins in that it "only" has a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track but it makes the most of it. The picture shows this is the way to watch at home.

The best looking of all the Nolan Batman movies, the 4K brings out added detail and richness in the IMAX scenes (which are plentiful). Features-wise, this is also the most stacked in the Dark Knight series.

So ambitious and fascinating. I don’t know that Nolan completely reconciles the thematic conclusion with the plotted conclusion but he gets close and the fact that he used this canvas to say so much in so abstract a fashion is commendable. A commentary on US war governance, the power and facility of the individual, and the purpose of superheroes in a dark world.

Good movie that is technically well executed; brings about an appropriate closure for Christopher Nolan’s 'Dark Knight' trilogy. The script manages to interweave storelines from each of the first two movies in the series, allowing for some amusing cameos in the process. My only quibble with the movie is that this installment grants the least amount of screen time to the ‘Batman’ character and seems to violate some of the operational logic for his nocturnal war on crime set forth in the first two movies…
