Batman Meets the Bane of His Existence

Weakest of the trilogy. I really wish they had gone with a different villian (i.e. Riddler). I think Heath Ledger portrayal of the Joker may have set expectations too high and that's why many of us felt disappointed. It's a decent end to the trilogy. Worth seeing in 4K.

i am not a fan of Christian Bale's ridiculous Batman voice. It was difficult to understand the Bane character. I wish the Catwoman character would have been a bigger focus in the film. The action is what you would expect, but the film ran a little long considering the content or lack there-of to fill the time. The picture quality and sound are top notch, aside from the difficulty of understanding Bane at times.

Great Movie, but not for kids

Overall, I was impressed. This is not for kids though. My youngest boys is a big batman fan, but the last 3 Batman movies are aimed for the teen and above audience. There were some plot disconnects (timing challenges) that bothered me a little, but it's a solid exciting show.

All Nolan batman flicks look excellent but The Dark Knight Rises looks the most impressive. This is due to its IMAX shots and bigger budgets. I would recommend the Trilogy 4k box set instead.

One of the best theater experiences I’ve ever had to this day, a great ending to this version of Batman and this movie is the best looking of the three movies in terms of 4K.

This is the last film in this series and Batman goes out with a bang. In my opinion this is the best Batman series since the 2 film Michael Keaton run. And it looks fantastic in UHD.

This and all of the other Nolan films are must-owns if you have a 4K capable set up. These films were filmed in IMAX so the quality is phenomenal. The films themselves are also very entertaining. Definitely a go to.

This is my favorite of the latest series of Batman movies. Anne Hathaway makes a great Catwoman, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman are awesome as they are in every role they touch, and the character of Bain is a perfect combination of evil and weird. Great movie.

What a way to end the Batman movies, this was so good, t his director should have directed the Justice League movie. An amazing way to end this, all together the best Batman's movie to date.

What else can be said about this film? It's a perfect end to one of the most ambitious motion picture trilogies of all times, and despite a few minor missteps, it sticks the landing. If you're a fan of the first two films, you should definitely check this out.

the 4K version is so much better to me than the regular blu ray. blacks are darker and image is sharper. it was on sale at Best Buy and my earned points helped reduce the cost even more

Purchased when it went on sale. Played without a hitch first in a 2 year old Samsung then a 3 year old Insignia, no problems. Video is top notch and audio is good. Did not get the sense of there being a lot of 'surround sound' seemed most of the sound field is in front of you but sounded very good to my ears. Playback was through a Yamaha RX-V571, Yamaha speakers and a Samsung UN60FH6003

Excellent end to the Nolan Batman trilogy! Tom Hardy does a phenomenal job as the villain Bane. The soundtrack and visuals are great too and even better on 4K Blu-ray!

So I bought the trilogy again in 4k and I've had it since it ever came out on DVD but I had to re-up. This was a great trilogy that needs to be watched in 4k and it will be like the first time you've ever seen it.

Minor spoilers.... you were warned.... I still have have a problem with Batman taking an 8 year break. That’s not my Batman but Nolan somehow makes it work in this comic book but semi realistic world he has created. The actors did well but the script could have gotten a little more fine tuned.

Great movie at an excellent price from Best Buy. I purchased all three movies in the trilogy. Unfortunately, all the digital codes were removed from the packages. I will rethink future movie purchases from Best Buy as a result.
