Made Churchill very human but also showed why he was so effective and changed the history of the world in his day. Excellent acting!

Very well acted. You can pause it in the middle and watch Dunkirk and then resume the movie to get more in depth experience.

This is an amazing performance by chameleon Gary Oldman - after a short time I forgot I was watching an actor but assumed I was watching Churchill himself. Wish the story had gone a bit longer. It's basically his first 5 weeks as Prime Minister.
