Thoroughly disappointed with the dashcam installation. I had specifically asked for the rear camera to be installed as high as it could go, and Javier, the technician completely ignored my request and installed it about two inches below the line, directly being an obstruction in the rear view mirror. I even provided this feedback in the survey, over two weeks ago, but am yet to hear back from the Geek Squad to fix the error. These incompetent people don't seem to realize that they probably install something in half an hour to an hour, but customers have to live with their mistakes for a really long time. Thoughtful customer service seems to be absent here. Not sure that I can recommend the Richfield Geek Squad to be thoughtful, and mindful of how their customers would actually use and benefit from their installation. Pathetic lack of customer-centricity and care.

Received a dash cam as a Christmas gift and had BestBuy perform the installation. I was worried about the wires showing and if the camera would be set up properly to my fuse box. Geek Squad did an AMAZING job during install and the camera works great. Would go to them again for an install like this.

Love the size and functionality is pretty good. The app and navigating it is a little dumpy though. Overall I like this unit.

Dylan did a great job installing my dash cam. Had a problem with my rexing v1p camera interfering with XM radio. He was great getting problems resolved. All good now

I made an appointment for this to be installed. We dropped it and the car off and went to dinner. During dinner I was called and install was complete. Upon arriving back at store we given the paperwork and the techs explained how they installed it and how it worked and we left.

Cesar at Pinole Best Buy was fantastic. He worked hard to do a very nice, professional install. Everything looked great. Then he spent extra time explaining it to me and going over the product. I left very happy, well worth the cost!

The dashcams were installed for Q4 and ID4 and the process was flawless.

I will come back here again and get my dash cam installed. It was worth the money to avoid the hastle of hiding the cords. They were done in less than 30 minutes

1. I purchased the dash cam package online, only to find that my car, a 2023 Lexus ES 300h was not supported. Not such an obscure car, not a vintage car, not a Rolls or a Lamborghini. I noticed that there were not many models and makes to choose from so many buyers might have problems, not just Lexus ES owners. However, there is no way to check prior to buying if they will even support the car. 2. The advertising is highly misleading. The install was purchased for 80 dollars, but then I tried to see what happened if I put a different model/make in, and it said I would be charged an extra 100 dollars. Even if I misinterpreted the message and it was only 20 dollars extra, there is zero indication when you buy that it will cost any more than the cost of the online purchase. 3. Trying to cancel was nearly impossible. The automated system sent me to home appliances, then i was sent to a different department, who sent me to digital downloads, who sent me to the original department, who then sent me to the service department, who then sent me back to the original department. Finally I was able to get a cancellation after being passed around multiple times. This is unacceptable. So, to conclude, if you get this package, there is a decent chance your car will not be supported. If it is supported, there is a good chance they will charge you significantly more than what you were expecting. And, if you decide to cancel, prepare for a giant headache just trying to get your money back

It went well and had no issues with the installation. It has been awhile and there have been no issues.
