Wasn’t sure what to expect based on past experiences. Well they did a fantastic job, no complaints at all. Only issue is how long it took to get an appointment. Well worth the wait though

Agents mounted my Dash Cam professionally and accurately. I arrived early for my appointment, and the agent started right on it. Would definitely go back to have another electronic component installed in my vehicle.

The installers at my local BestBuy are great. They always to a great job and are courteous and professional. Any time I need something installed in my car, this is where I go. Dash cam installed great, can't see any wires, connected it to the fuse so it auto starts and records when i start the car, shuts off when I'm done. worth every penny.

BEWARE that your initial purchase is just a confirmation code email for $64 and that scheduling cost is up to $100 before taxes for the actual service. Because there was a lack of transparency, I tried the chat center and was transferred over the phone a few times for a refund. The email says a refund can't be returned IF they are completed, but because I didn't schedule or pay for the service, it was not completed. So basically, I lost out on $64 dollars for a sent email.. Bummed but hopefully someone reads this before it is too late.

The geek squad guys did an excellent job of installing and hiding the wires to my NeXT base dash cam. IT was worth the 50 bucks to hide the power cord in my wife's car.

The technicians did a good job with the install. But, the device had to be reinstalled because the adhesive failed the first time. The 2nd time of the install, the technician placed the camera higher and 10% of the view is blocked by the rear view mirror housing.

Have a hybrid, and a dashcam was installed without any problems, and still no problems over 2 years later. The installation technician knows exactly what they're doing

Great value, my dash cam came with a front and rear camera, both were nicely installed with the wires well hidden. Much better than doing it myself.

Very professional and on time. Forward and rear Cam installation was done professionally no hanging wires. My Geek Guy explained everything and said come back with any problems, great experience!

They installed the dash cam really fast! The wires were also hidden, honestly glad I paid for them to do it instead of my self. Would’ve taken so much longer. They did it in about 30 mins.

Chris and his assistant are 2 really great guys who take care of you and answer all your questions. The job they do is right on and make sure you understand how to work it before you leave.!!
