The installer was quick and knowledgeable. The installation took just an hour and he helped me adjust the cameras for the views I wanted to capture.

I live in Myrtle Beach. You dont even have this type of service offered here. The closest is almost 2 hours away. I was told only way to get a refund was to go inside the store. I didnt purchase this "inside" the store, why do I got to make a special trip to get a refund. This has been going on Since July. Im very disappointed and I will never buy online anything from BB again.

I had issue with the dashcam that I had installed 2 weeks prior by them and I had a question about the installation. I was essentially given horrible attitude. I didn't go in accusing or angry just expressed that parking mode wasn't working and if he could check the wiring because I contacted the manufacture and they mentioned checking the wiring. He got defensive and said "That's why we don't like installing non-best buy products" under his breath. HELLO?! That's something that's good to know in the beginning. Had I known that I would have taken my business elsewhere. I didn't want them to replace the dash-cam, I just wanted them to check the wiring! The nastiness was hurtful and uncalled for. It's for this experience I can't recommend going to BestBuy for dash cam installations let alone auto work.

Waxing automobile camera installation was done for my Prius. I'm very thankful to have this camera in my car and have it hardwired.

The installation crew knows their stuff. The upside: they usually finish ahead of schedule and they listen to your specific needs. The downside: it might take two weeks before they can get to you.

They did a good job on the install. It took much longer than stated online which is normal for this kind of install. I prefer a good job that takes longer than a rush job done to fit a time slot.

My geek squad guy was awesome. Very professional. Did a fantastic job. Talked me through what he was doing and showed me how to operate my dash camera. On a scale of 1 to 10, he gets a 20. Thanks. Give him a well deserved raise. Great manners.

The rep. Maurice was very informative. He took his time explaining how the device worked. He stated if i needed help i could come back and see him. The camera works great. One of the best investments i have made.

I requested best buy to install all my dashcams as their price is pretty hard to beat and I don't trust myself to install the hardwiring kits.

The agents installed my dashcam but parking mode and the rear view dashcam does not record. Sadly I will have to take my car in again to troubleshoot it.
