Excellent service. They hardwired my dash cam. Took a little longer than expected but that was because they discovered the wires were crossed in the vehicle by manufacturer.

The installer did a nice clean job of my dashcam installation. He made sure I was happy with the installation before I left.

I thought the installation was okay, and thought the cables could’ve been better concealed. They guy also took a very long time, over two hours if not three. Plus, he said he needed to get a part they didn’t have in stock.

Got charged even though I am total tech member. Such a pain to cancel and get a refund. There is no straightforward method to cancel this service once purchased. Still waiting for the refund

We had installed a dash cam, and only needed it hardwired to the car. Didn't feel comfortable doing it, as the warranty could have been voided if we did something wrong. Geek Squad was wonderful!
