I've been using geek squad to install dash cams for my previous vehicles and the service is great. This time I purchased another order, scheduled the service but no longer needed it. I've cancelled the appointment but there is no option to cancel the order online. I called customer service, which told me this order is fulfilled and invoiced. I've been transferred three times to different departments (general customer service -> geek squad -> digital item -> account information) and the last one just told me this is not the place to handle that issue. I don't know why this is so hard to process
