Great place. Great attitude. Very knowledgeable. However check to make sure all your dash parts & under dash parts & screws are back in where they were removed from. Other than that. I trust them.

Bought this service online to have it scheduled to my nearest store, which did not have an available appointment for 2 weeks. I schedule it for 2 weeks out. The day before installation, I get a call from the tech at the store who says they cannot install it at that day, and that they are not responsible for the online scheduling system. They then re-schedule it on their end for the following week, with the tech telling me "this won't be an official appointment, you won't get a follow up confirmation". I get sent to the store for my appointment when they are actually closed, nobody answering the door at the installation. Seriously done with Best Buy at this point.
