I purchased this and scheduled an appointment. Someone called and had to reschedule my appointment. Finally got to my appointment date took car in and they said i never purchased it. I am in the process of getting a refund because I can’t keep going back and forth with my work schedule. I have never had a problem with the car install people before this time.

I wish I didn't have to give them one star. I purchased the installation package in August and they have canceled and rescheduled and canceled and rescheduled so many times here it is October and I still cannot get my dash cam installed. The Best Buy in Newport News is so ridiculous. They've given me every excuse possible, it's the 3rd of October and now the guy is saying he's got to go to a funeral on the 12th. I never heard of such nonsense in my life.
