Installer (young guy) said i didnt have an appointment even rhough i showed him my confirmation. Said he didnt have time to do the job but the other guy can do it if he wants but I’m not doing it.

Once they get your money it is 0.00000001% away from impossible to reach them for anything. The “warranty” for their installation services shouldn’t even exist. Cause if you can’t reach someome what good does it do you? Get it done somewhere that actually knows what customer service is.
