The installer told me it would take 1-1.5 hours to install my front/rear dashcam. Over 4 hours later she gave up. The front camera was working but she couldn’t get the rear camera to work. I had to schedule another appointment for another installer to try. Even worse, once I got home I realized the camera only records when the car is turned in. It’s supposed to record 24/7 which means it was wired up wrong.

Haven't a clue how to use it. Geek squad showed me absolutely nothing on how it works. Worst money ever spent

Had a very bad experience installing my dash cam at the local Best Buy. Never again! Just too much problem to enumerate here, but suffice to say that the subsequent lies and dishonesty on the part of the best buy staff was astounding. And the manager was no help whatsoever. I would recommend you take your vehicle to your dealership for an install since they'll know their way around your car better.

Had purchased an installation request for a dashcam, but managed to install it myself before my scheduled appointment. It was however a nightmare to get the installation request cancelled and get the refund. Kept getting transferred from one department to the other as no one seemed to know how to cancel the request.

Don't want to have to pay for replacement if product fails.
