The agent was very friendly and explained how to use the device.

Poor installation. Ruined the hardwire kit to the dash cam. Didn’t put my car back together correctly and Ruined my headboard. I would not recommend using the vehicle installation service at this Best Buy to anyone ever!

Ordered a dash cam installation and the app gave me a 4:30p same day as I purchased in the morning. I was called by the tech saying he wouldn’t be able to honor the scheduled appointment, cancelling the appointment. He did not know why I was given that schedule being he would be off 30 minutes later from my appointment? Best Buy is quick to take your money but was given the run around pretty much for 5-6 hours in giving a refund.

Would like appointment availability to have broader dates

The tech that installed my dash cam didn"t, install my rear cam in the right place. He told me there was no place by the license plate to install the back camera, so he installed it in the top of my truck back window. l carried it to another location, they will put it where it should go this week.

Purchased but had to return, therefore it was never installed

All I am going to say is needs to be more careful with vehicles when installing instead of pointing out manufacturers assembly defects. Also need to keep customer informed better. Longtime Best Buy customer this was very disheartening!

Unable to schedule due to poor system and a glitch. No method for manually scheduling an instal and NO REFUNDS! I spent 5 hours on the phone or text support. They promise answers but in the end only offer a phone number for a department that has been closed down.

Tech was late for appointment. 1 hour took two for simple install. They did not place cameras as requested! Did not fully use Rexing hardwire kit as intended. They shorted out or cut or XM radio. I now have no XM reception. Must now figure out how to get appointment to get hopefully fixed? Go to a different tech installation store.

The dash cam worked for about 10 days then not powering on. I could not check to see if the camera itself was broken or the wiring as the install tech never returned the cigarette lighter plug to me. Also trying calling the store and got a call center in the Philippines 5 times and still unable to talk to a tech to fix the problem. Very bad customer service.

The camera was mounted on a translucent portion of the windshield and thus has very poor forward visibility. When I asked it be relocated the schedule at the installation location didn’t allow for correction.

Kept rescheduling and rescheduling my appointment and it took forever to get the dash cam installed other than that good

Not even worth a star. Doesn't have record of my car, so couldn't hardwire it onto my car. Also, I have mentioned the wires to be put alongside the airbags, to not interfere it, so that it can come off without anything blocking it. However, they put it on the air bag, which will interfere it. Only the thin wired dash cams will break it the airbag goes off. Anyhow, I had to go somewhere else for the installation.
