    Dash Cam install cancellation.

    Had to cancel my install appointment after being informed that service does not include hardwiring my dash cam to my car’s uninterrupted power supply via the fuse circuit board. Still awaiting for the refund.

    They put my dash cam in an obstructive location

    I'm not sure if the employees are trained to do this, but they installed my dash cam underneath my rearview camera in the middle of my windshield. This leaved it in a very obstructive view, so much so I fear I could maybe even get a ticket for it. Also, very poor experience overall, as they seemed very rushed and careless regarding care towards my car. Will not be returning to Best Buy for any vehicle installations.

    I scheduled my appointment since the earliest they had availability was about a month out and 50 miles away was the closest location. The day of my appointment, the bestbuy called and cancelled my appointment because the tech was out sick and said they'll reschedule. I haven't heard back since....

    Left body panels loose missing items from my truck

    Never again will I ever allow Best Buy in my vehicle again they left body panels loose tables hanging just a very poor job and disabled and could’ve done a better job than that myself. That’s why I took it to Best Buy. I want it professionally installed yeah right. I am physically disabled, and can do a better job than what they did guarantee it.

    I’m sure the installation would’ve been great, had the team showed up to do it when they scheduled it. It also would’ve been nice of Best Buy to not hang up over 10 times when trying to get a refund for the service it never provided. Steer clear of this.

    It is the worst! The guy who installed my rear dash cam put in on the top of the defroster line. That is just unacceptable! And the same guy lied to me when he said he booked me for another appointment to hardwire my Dash cam but he did not! He could’ve just done all of that on the same visit but I think he just don’t know what he’s doing.

    My installation was awful. Left store and when I went in app to try to see how it looked, my back camera was upside down and had to drive back to fix. Was fixed and next day back camera fell because original tape was not removed before replacing new one. Days later The plastic cap where wires are hidden on front window came loose

    It is a horrible waste of your time to try scheduling an appointment. It may be different from location to location. This is in Albany, NY. I have been trying for the last 3 days. It is not letting me make the online appointment; the only option is to call and book it. I have tried over 50 times and no one is picking up the phone. Worst service ever

    They got the job done but it took way too long. If it takes 4hrs then someone is inexperienced or techs didn't honor my appointment time. Either way it was a VERY BAD experience. And they are scheduling 3 weeks out, ridiculous. Find someone else to do the installation.

    Order -> Unable to Schedule -> Asked to reorder

    Online Link to schedule doesn't work. I called best buy geek squad at my local location who were also unable to schedule the appointment for me. They asked me to cancel the order and re-order again. The cherry on the top is that there is no option to cancel this order.

    Tried 5 Times to reach geek squad installer. First time he was busy. Next 4 Times no answer. Terrible service. Still haven’t reached installer!!!!

    I am so angry right now. I have been transferred 8 times, been disconnected 4, and can't seem to get a flipping answer from anyone. How hard is it to schedule a prepaid appointment. On the phone still waiting and hoping something will happen. I will never work with Best Buy again.

    Geek squad canceled my dash cam installation

    It’s really disappointing to have a geek squad rep scheduled an appointment, waited 30 mins to confirmed the appointment. Then have someone send an email to say “unfortunately we can’t fulfill your appointment. That’s is very poor customer service.

    The employee who served me was not friendly at all, over charged me and was rude in the way that he talked. I’ve frame time one hour service and he completed installing my dash cam in 2 hours

    Disappointed that the Carson store charged me twice for the install. I had the same install done somewhere else and they did not overcharge.

    Dash cam was not fully installed, due to wrong cable, interior trim was not reinstalled, and i was given a number to get the install finished to call that simply was not a vaild number.
