    Geek Squad did not install my dashcam

    Did not install dashcam because they said wiring is not compatible with high end cars even though it says otherwise when I bought it online in best buy website and they don’t want mess up the” airbags”.

    This store sucks! I made an appointment and BestBuy canceled the appointment and have no available future appointments and refused to refund me for the installation cost. GO TO a real audio tech, not BestBuy!

    My experience was a bad one. The Installer was unavailable despite my appointment and when I complained, the Manager was not helpful and he refused to full refund my installation price.

    One hour before my appointment they called me and told me they would need to reschedule, and the next available appointment was nearly a month away.

    The agent was the most unprofessional person I encountered. He removed my son/husbands pictures I had on the window (which I understand should be taken down when installing camera) but then proceeded to place the pictures (both images of my family who passed away) underneath my drivers side flootmat, and shoved under the driver’s seat, I left feeling disrespected.

    Inexperienced agents and poor quality

    Agents installed the cameras using YouTube but a year and half later cameras stopped working. Staff in Longview threw away the old camera when I bought a brand new set. Now new one won't work!

    Went back twice and just gave me a paper after and told me to read the Manila because it’s working already. I thought you are Geeks?

    My Polaris Slingshot is listed on the list as a vehicle that can be installed but I couldn’t find anyone in my state locally that was able to work on my slingshot.

    Can't even get them to do it. I had to make an appointment over a month out. Then a few days before I finally am about to get it installed, I get called by the tech saying he can't do it that day. What exactly did I pay for? Is this a joke?

    Bought ring cam from BestBuy 3-11 and still no appointments to get cam installed. Then I purchased the Geek Squad install option for 80.00 and now I’m being charged for installation fee of 99.00

    Wasnt able to install because i have a new model, ID.4. I called BB several times in order to check whether the installation is possible, but cant get the answer on the phone. I had to be physically there to hear that they cant do the installation.
