The agent helped me tremendously. First, I purchased a dashcam that came without the hardwire kit. I would have to order the kit and that would take time and money, not to mention a reschedule for installation. The agent helped me find a dashcam that came with everything I wanted and it was a little cheaper. After installation, I had difficulties with the app. It was after his shift and he stuck around to help me. This agent went beyond to make a customer happy. He also did a professional job on the install.

I had a dash cam installed today. I'm not a tech guy, so I really didn't know what to expect. Shawn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt much better after talking with him. He did the install very efficiently and answered all my questions. In this day and age you don't find many Shawns around. If I ever need any other stereo/dashcam work done. I'm going straight to Best Buy.

My installer, Reynaldo, was fantastic from beginning to end. He helped me find find the best dash cam for my needs and told me what I needed to buy in addition for the actual install. Order was shipped and installed on the scheduled date. Upon installation there was a viewing glitch with my phone. Rey did not end there, he investigated the issue and found the problem. The model dash cam I had was not compatible with my phone. Over the course of 2 weeks he found and ordered an updated model that was compatible and had me return to install. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend Rey to anyone looking for a great installer.

When I arrived at the installation center they had no record of my appointment, which I made by calling in and speaking with an Agent. Daron was able to accommodate the installation and did an excellent job installing my dash cam.

the dash cam install was done well before the allotted time . The only draw back was no waiting room, We had to go to a restaurant to wait Other than that the representative was friendly and professional.

Installer of radio did great job. The screen is a little hard to see due to glare during middle of day but works good

Alfonso at my local Best Buy was the installer to hardwire my dash cam in my 2020 Mazda3. He was professional and courteous. He informed me of the options I would have and informed me of the extra hardwire kit I would need up front and the cost - which was very reasonable. He did a great job with the install, completed it within the estimated time he gave me, and I’m very happy with how it looks and functions!

While the tech that took my keys said, after looking at the install info, "seems pretty straight forward" - 2.5 hours later it seems to have been anything but straight forward. While the finished product was installed and looked clean it seemed like they both had a little problem determining the proper wire connections. But, the dash cam works great!

Second time I’ve utilized Geek Squad for a dash cam installation. They are so friendly and professional. Our installer was Mat “Smitty” Smith. Smitty is very thorough and he takes the time to explain the services provided. He is a great ambassador for Best Buy and his personal touch is why we keep coming back!

I’m a bit frustrated with the installation process because the installer never really got the Wi-Fi for the camera to consistently connect to the mobile app and instructed me to reach out to the manufacturer instead of finding out the issue and helping me resolve it. My camera has been installed for a little over a month and it’s still unresolved. I can’t recommend the service until the issue is resolved. So, I’ll follow-up on this review soon.

Amazing customer service on your Install team. I was educated on how to use my new dash cam. I will always go to Best Buy for all my car electronic needs!
