Fast and friendly service. This was my third or fourth visit to the Geek Squad for auto electronics installation and I have been very satisfied with the service every time.

The agents installed my dash cam in less than an hour. Nothing was damaged and they were professional. Will return to geek squad for more installments if necessary.

The Geek Squad team did a fantastic job installing my dashcam. Because of COVID they were very careful with covering up the steering wheels and seats. They were careful putting the wires behind the airbags inside the pillars so that they will deploy properly. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Bought this for travel just in case there are any issues when traveling.

I’m a bit frustrated with the installation process because the installer never really got the Wi-Fi for the camera to consistently connect to the mobile app and instructed me to reach out to the manufacturer instead of finding out the issue and helping me resolve it. My camera has been installed for a little over a month and it’s still unresolved. I can’t recommend the service until the issue is resolved. So, I’ll follow-up on this review soon.

the dash cam install was done well before the allotted time . The only draw back was no waiting room, We had to go to a restaurant to wait Other than that the representative was friendly and professional.

The agent was very helpful and informative. I had scheduled the installation for about an hour only, but upon inspecting my car, the agent said the rear camera of the dash cams I bought would take longer and he scheduled another time slot for the rear camera I was ready to pay any additional charges as I did not schedule appropriately thinking one slot would be enough. When I got my car back the wiring was well hidden and the front camera did not block my Volvo's crash box which was something I worried would be a problem. Overall really glad I had the installation done with geek squad faced no issues.

The installer mounted the dash cam with minimal wiring evident. He explained the operation clearly and made sure that I understood how everything worked.

Second time I’ve utilized Geek Squad for a dash cam installation. They are so friendly and professional. Our installer was Mat “Smitty” Smith. Smitty is very thorough and he takes the time to explain the services provided. He is a great ambassador for Best Buy and his personal touch is why we keep coming back!

Installer left the blue plastic lens protector on both rear and front cameras. Took me a while to figure out why they weren't clear. Had to break the two-sided tape seal on the rear camera. Falls every now and then.

We had to cancel the appointment but we plan to reschedule sometime in the future. We value having BB as a supplier.

Just wanted to say Q did an amazing job on my install of my dash cam. He placed everything perfectly and was so pleasant. I could not be happier about choosing Geek Squad.

During the holidays is the busiest time for these guys and it is difficult to get an appointment. I drove from Brandon to Bradenton (46 minutes from my home) to have a backup camera installed. I’d receive all the incorrect information and been set up for the wrong service. Howard at the Bradenton location realized I had the wrong product and service scheduled and did the best job well after the store closed. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and courteous to my wife and I while we waited.

They did an excellant job of hiding the wires to the rear camera as wellk as the front camera.
