Excellent service, Quality work, and amazing knowledge

[Employee of bestbuy] I have purchased the installation for dashcam camera and that was the only one option they have on Bestbuy.com but the tech told me that I have just purchased the front dashcam only(???). Best But sold combo Thinkware front and rear dashcam with installation and then tech said just for front dashcam. That's confusion for client but I said to tech just go ahead and do the installation I will pay extra for rear camera if he needs. After the installation, tech told me that he could not ran the test to see if camera is working properly or not then he told me to sign for paperwork then DONE. I have to went home and download the app into cell phone and follow instructions show how to connects to dashcam and it took me less than 10 minutes to got them up and running. It seems like tech does not know what he 's doing??? Best buy will loose client if they keep doing like this.

We had to cancel the appointment but we plan to reschedule sometime in the future. We value having BB as a supplier.

Techs were polite and knowledgeable. Install went well with dash cam being installed where I wanted it. Wiring was done well with minimal veiwable wiring including the rear camera. Very pleased with the installation.

Bought this for travel just in case there are any issues when traveling.

Josh and Vinh did an excellent job installing my dash cam. The car was clean and undamaged when they were finished. They did it in the estimated time frame and kept me up to date through out the process. Thank you both very much.

Ben formatted my micro sd card and installed both my dash cams in the time he quoted. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I would definitely refer anyone who needs to get a dash cam installed to them. I had my appointment at the Best Buy at 290 in Austin, TX

I got dash camera installed. There is a long wait time to get an appointment. I drove few miles to get to the store but its worth it. Technician was knowledgeful. Explained me every single thing and provide me with the available options to go with. I highly recommend this service from geek squad.

Install my dash cam and rear camera without a hitch I came back the next day because I was in happy with the placement of the dash cam and they're cheerfully installed it where it was less visible and I was also having a problem with the software not the cam and not the service the cam has a very wonky software but the technician took his time explaining it to me

They did an excellant job of hiding the wires to the rear camera as wellk as the front camera.

The two agents worked quickly and really knew how to install my camera for my car. Very professional and courteous.
