Tech explained everything and the camera functions are amazing

I have purchased the installation for dashcam camera and that was the only one option they have on Bestbuy.com but the tech told me that I have just purchased the front dashcam only(???). Best But sold combo Thinkware front and rear dashcam with installation and then tech said just for front dashcam. That's confusion for client but I said to tech just go ahead and do the installation I will pay extra for rear camera if he needs. After the installation, tech told me that he could not ran the test to see if camera is working properly or not then he told me to sign for paperwork then DONE. I have to went home and download the app into cell phone and follow instructions show how to connects to dashcam and it took me less than 10 minutes to got them up and running. It seems like tech does not know what he 's doing??? Best buy will loose client if they keep doing like this.

Had it professionally installed by Geek Squad. Integrated perfectly with my car. Video capture is excellent. Manual mode is easy to use and I wish the technical explaining well more

The dash cam was definitely installed and works okay but when I showed up the techs did not walk me through anything and just asked for my keys (really I should have just pushed for more of a walk-through). They didn't say where they would install the cam and it ended up being installed so that the right side ports were not available. Aside from that I was looking through the footage from the dash cam and realized that they had recorded bits from the install where they made some racist comments about my appearance. Otherwise, cam has been working fine and it's been a couple weeks.

Ben formatted my micro sd card and installed both my dash cams in the time he quoted. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I would definitely refer anyone who needs to get a dash cam installed to them. I had my appointment at the Best Buy at 290 in Austin, TX

Chris from the Irvine location installed my rexing v33 3 dashcam. He absolutely killed it. great placement of the cameras where its barely noticeable (until you hear it power on) He hardwired into battery, zero issues with wiring. He even set-up the cameras initial start up functions so it was ready to go. i thought that was an extra special nice touch. just wanted to say thanks to an incredible job.

My dash cam was left dangling with exposed wiring throughout my car. I understand my tech was working to get my install finished in a timely manner, since they were running behind in their appointment schedule, but I am disappointed in a job that looks like I could have done, rather than a professional install.

Tech installed garmin wireless camera. While the install was high quality, I would have appreciated a consultation call when the camera could not fit in my preferred location. Also it seems that they did not set the guide lines as they appeared in the middle of the screen and obstructed the view of the video (I turned the guide lines off anyway as I don’t find them helpful). Overall though - a very clean install. There we’re no visible wires and the video relay unit was installed out of sight.

The technician who did the work on my dash cam did a great job. Although I have some issues with the dash cam itself and he still help me to figure it out. And double check any issues. He is so quick and finished the job less than two hours.

I got dash camera installed. There is a long wait time to get an appointment. I drove few miles to get to the store but its worth it. Technician was knowledgeful. Explained me every single thing and provide me with the available options to go with. I highly recommend this service from geek squad.

The dash cam install was awesome, clean and neat. The unit comes with a power source that plugs into a cigarette lighter. I've seen them contact and running along the dash and windsheld and it looks awful. For $50 and half an hour of work, it looks fantastic and clean.
