Bought front & rear cameras for my car a couple of years ago that they installed. My wife bought another vehicle & I had them take it out & put into her new car. Works just as good in the new vehicle as the other car. Can't tell there's any wires running anywhere. They did a wonderful job again.

I used this service to hardwired my dash cam which was purchased during the thanks giving day sale. They charged me $60 for this server to install the Rexing V1+ pro Dual dash cam and 6 months later i don't have any issues with this service.

I had to drive to Findlay, OH for my install because the installer in Toledo was unavailable. I will tell you it was worth the drive. The installer in Findlay was very professional, detail oriented, and stated that he did not like poor workmanship, and it showed in the install. No visible wire and left no mess behind! Excellent experience.

The Geek Squad did a awesome job installing my dash cam. They couldn't explain how my dash cam works due to me not buying it from Best Buy which was fine with me. They were respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the installation. Thank you very much for a awesome job.

They installed my dashcam quickly, with me in mind they hid all cables and even got it connected to my ignition to start when i turn on my car.

The gentleman was awesome he took me in an hour early because I had an appointment I need to get to and and he took me in and then after I got done I thought there was a problem and he took me right back in again even though he had other people the guy is extremely professional

Dash came install was excellent. The installer was very professional and pleasant.

The dual camera dash-cam install was done on-time, and the tech offered good advice on camera placement. You can’t see the wires except where you should see them, and there is no damage to the interior of the car. A great job and half the price of other bids.

i dont remember the employees name, but he was professional and informative. even though best buy didn't sell my carcam he installed it, hiding all the cables and explained it to me. i thought it would take longer. works great! He didnt try to upsale me anything.

I didn't get their names but the two that did my dash cam install at the Morgantown location were great! Their customer service was on point and they did an extremely good job of installing. I was going to install it myself but they are definitely the pros. Thanks again!

I had a Garmin Speak Plus installed in my Dodge Grand Caravan. The installation was perfect and professional. Installation integrating with the camera to my cell phone and uconnect entertainment system was seamless. The installer installed the camera on the top of the windshield. All wiring was wired from the top of the windshield.

The agents installed the dash cam better than I imagined. Extremely happy with it.

The installation was flawless. I was half way home and realized I knew nothing about the dashcam. I found the instructions and am getting used to it. Perhaps a brief overview of the dashcam, 10-15 minutes at the most.

The installation was quick and easy. Though, I did have to come back the 2nd time because the wiring to the rear dash cam fell loose. I don't think the technician checked whether the cam was on before releasing the vehicle back to me. My install was free as part of the Thanksgiving Black Friday deal but getting Best Buy to offer it was extremely difficult. It was not clear where the "free install" would be identified at the point of purchase, hence I could only tell Geek Squad that this was the offer and showed up a screenshot. Even that though, it was so difficult to get it through. The 1-800 BB # is practically useless, none of them had any authority to rectify the situation.

The Geek Squad staff helped to instal my dual channel dash cam - A129 on a 2019 Subaru Outback - in a very professional and timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I would recommend their services to anyone needing help with installing their electronic devices. Thank you!

This review is for Dash Cam installation service. It was good overall, the person who installed the dash cam for me was friendly and helpful. However, the charger that came with the cam was missing, which is why 4 stars.
