The installation tech was awesome. The camera was installed quickly and professionally. I recommend the car techs at Best Buy to everyone looking for remote starts and dash cams.

The installation was quick and easy. Though, I did have to come back the 2nd time because the wiring to the rear dash cam fell loose. I don't think the technician checked whether the cam was on before releasing the vehicle back to me. My install was free as part of the Thanksgiving Black Friday deal but getting Best Buy to offer it was extremely difficult. It was not clear where the "free install" would be identified at the point of purchase, hence I could only tell Geek Squad that this was the offer and showed up a screenshot. Even that though, it was so difficult to get it through. The 1-800 BB # is practically useless, none of them had any authority to rectify the situation.

Excellent install service for a VERY fair price. Was installed cleanly and absolutely professionally. Will definitely take my other cars to Best Buy for similar installs in the future.

This review is for Dash Cam installation service. It was good overall, the person who installed the dash cam for me was friendly and helpful. However, the charger that came with the cam was missing, which is why 4 stars.

I went in and had my camera installed. It was an easy process for the tech.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician when above and beyond to ensure i knew how to use my cam, every detail i needed to know.

Bought it for daughter, safety reasons in case of ??. So far haven't needed it for proof of anything and hopefully it stays that way. Until then everything is good.

The Best Buy Representative was extremely professional and courteous and did an outstanding job with the install, you’d think it was OEM. Every aspect from setting an appointment, waiting on install and delivery of final product was great, will definitely go back for any future installs.

Very happy we opted to have our new dash camera kit installed by Geek Squad. We dropped off the car & in just over an hour, both front & rear cameras were professionally installed with everything being very neat & tidy.

I needed my dashcam hardwired for my Mazda 3 and I made appointment with the automotive geek squad. The wires are tucked away nicely! They were able to perform the job in about 20 mins! Thanks!

Geek squad was awesome. There was an issue with my order and how the website entered my install but they and one of the managers helped to resolve the issue. They installed my dash cams quicker than expected as well.
