Best Buy installed my Dash Camera and made certain it was operating properly, even having me sit in the driver's seat to have it mounted in the best, for me, place. Very pleased with it.

Agent mounted my dashcam but it wasn’t placed in a position easy for me as driver to use. He also didn’t teach me about the iOS app that could be used with the cam

Had a Thinkware Dash Cam installed in a 2015 Cadillac Escalade. Wanted a hard wired system and the Geek Squad didn't disappoint. The final installation looked as if it was a part of original build. Never deny yourself the Geek Squad experience.

This is the 2nd visit and this tome took in two cars. He was great on both as last review. Please keep him as I had bad experiences at Two other locations, really bad. Took the time even though he was already behind in cars because first person was late.

Jacob Heskett did an excellent job getting my dash camera installed. There were a few hiccups with the camera itself but he stuck with it and got it working despite being a brand of dash cam he was mostly unfamiliar with. Excellent customer service, and an excellent install job.

Tech installed my dash cam I. A very efficient and timely manner. Perfect placement. He set it up for me and I was good to go with no adjustments needed when i left the installation bay.

Excellent service. They installed the cam and the rear dash cam was not recording the video but was recording audio. Called them up and they fixed the issue immediately. Great customer service.

The agent hardwired front and rear cameras in my Escape. Waylons360, excellent camera, but I felt the back end needed to be just as secure, due to fuel tank fill area was obscured. Vehicle is parked in unfriendly area at work. Had been broken into twice, in 9 months.

It was very good. Especially the installation dept. believe their names are Adam, Adam and Evan? Actually I’ve purchased this setup for two cars. And their team has installed the goods on both cars. They do a great and neat job. Would totally recommend them to everyone!!

The person did a great job installing the wires for the backup camera in the car. He was very neat about the installation. He did not damage the interior where he had to install. He also did not leave a mess in the car. I was very happy with the job he did.

I had the Dash Camera installed by Best Buy Tech, they did it quickly and efficiently. Glad I got the dash cam installed. I travel often and feel safer knowing I will have video proof if anything were to happen on the road.

The agent was very professional and kind. Verified where we wanted the dash cams mounted before mounting them. He was also very quick. Wires are well hidden. Wish the service price hadn't gone up right before I wanted to use the service, but that's inflation for you.

I had my install done at the Flower Mound location and it was a rather involved install of a forward facing and rear facing dash cam. They were prompt, answered ALL my questions. The install looks professionally done and I would go back to them. He also gave me a tutorial of my dash cam.
