My family received great customer service at the Roseville auto-service shop located at the back of the BestBuy Store. I recommend these guys as they are very professional, kind, patient, and attentive to the customers' needs.

MicroSD cards up to 128GB are supported for recording video, although you probably won’t need one this large since recording loops to replace the oldest files once storage is full. A 16GB card would be enough for nearly 200 minutes of footage anyway, I installed in my three cars

Had BB Trchs install my new dash cam. They said it would take an hour bit gotnit done in 30. Nice to have it done way sooner than expected.

I had purchased 2 of the same cameras one for my new Shelby and one for my wife’s new Mercedes. The technician did a great job and you wouldn’t even know they are done outside the factory. He cleaned up all the scraps after he finished and did it in a reasonable amount of time.

Torn about the rating, the support was great except for a mistake that will cause me to go back to fix something, the rear camera was installed upside down and the firmware doesn't have an adjustment. The camera will have to be flipped 180 so the image is right.

Install of my Dash Camera seems to be fine so far, I'm just trying to learn how to run the dash cam. The directions that come with the dash camera is very basic. I'll have to look it up on YouTube.

The sales staff was extremely accommodating, the TV I wanted showed only one in stock. They looked all over the store during one of the busiest Christmas shopping days until they found it. Service above the level I would normally expect.

tech mounted the camera in a location that was not conspicuous. integrates nicely with the interior of the car. tech also setup the camera for basic operation so i could just drive away and not have to adjust any settings.

The tech at the Best Buy Scottsdale knew just how to mount this dashcam without impeding view of the road. It was mounted up high near rear view mirror so can see both not interfering or adding another place to look. It works well and is a smart safe addition to the vehicle...

The agent who did my dash cam installation was professional and quick. I was told the installation to be done in 2 hours but he finished earlier than that. He explained the Geek Squad lifetime services for dash cam installation and showed me how the camera work.

Installer was knowledgeable and courteous. My only gripe was that he didn’t install and attach the GPS dongle. I did it myself, but I would think that should be part of the service being provided.

Robert at Bestbuy Mira Mesa Blvd (San Diego Store #352) was an excellence installer and allowed me to observe while doing the installation. He continuously exercised caution over speed and ensured he cares about quality. Highly recommend Robert for a raise or promotion!

Probably one of the best thing that best buy offers with their total tech purchase.FREE INSTALLATION on alot of their stuff.I had total tech so the install was free and they actually did a good job.

Mark installed the dash cam. He did an excellent job. There’s no damage and all the wires are hidden well. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I would definitely let him install anything on my vehicle!

Best Buy staff did an excellent job mounting my dash cam. It took nearly two hours. They were professional and showed me how to use it afterwards.

I never knew best buy did dash camera installs until looking online and for my first time using it went great and he did it in an hour which was very fast I had no problems with the service and if I need it will definitely use again
