The installer did an excellent job. The dash camera is barely visible and preforms perfectly. After the job was complete, he took extra time to make sure I understood all the functions and features of the camera.

They did a fabulous job installing my dash cam in the car.

I purchased a dash cam and rear view cam. I would never have been able to run the cables through the panels as well as the Geek Squad guy was able to do. Took under an hour and works perfectly. Very pleased.

They gentlemen who worked on my dash cam were amazing! I never had much trust in Best Buy install but after my experience there with my front and back view cam install it was flush and A+ work great job guys!!!!

Install went properly and the only problem is within the unit itself. The goop that came on the cameras to mount to the windshields can't handle the temperatures in Las Vegas.

The Geek Squad agent used his expertise in installing one of my dash cam cameras which could not be plugged in to my car's charging stations. He was also very patient and extremely polite.

The audio/camera installers at my Best Buy installed a rear and front cameras in a matter of about thirty minutes. There is no way I could have done it that fast. Plus, you get the Geek Squad installation warranty.

the techs worked with my car and camera needs throughout the planning and install and un-install needs. Camera works after install. I worked with 3 different techs and 2 cars/camera products - all were capable.

The dashcam was installed, but our assigned technician did not want to use the hardwire kit that was from the manufacturer of our camera. He wanted to use one we had to purchase from Best Buy separately because it was easier for him. Then, our vehicle was locked in the service bay when we arrived and they had to locate a manager to unlock it so we could leave. The manager tried to help us with the camera function because the technician had gone home. Camera was installed, is working fine, and I didn't have to do it, but overall disappointed in extra time the process took and technician being "lazy".

Gut who did install did very well but did leave a part of the side panel unable to be pushed back in Was able to complete install very quickly

I gave them a 2 because it was installed correctly without the hardwiring, but they gave me incorrect information when I asked about how to use it. I have had good experiences with Best Buy purchasing other items, I don’t advise getting a dash camera from them if you are buying it for the parking mode. They do not know what works for what cars. I bought one from them in February and missed that you had to hardwire it to get parking mode to work. The man at the store who installed told me to make sure I unplugged it when I was not in my car because it would kill my battery. I asked about parking mode and he told me that it would go into parking mode when I unplugged it. I was skeptical and did find out when I got home and that was not the case. So I order the hardwire kit and payed another installation fee. Today I went in to get in installed and they told me that you could not hardwire it to my car and most of the time they don’t know until they go in to do it. I talked to sales people online and in person. I gave the year make and model of my car. The website even asks you for this information before it lets you buy it but it let it got through. Now I am stuck with a dash cam that is useless to me and I am out two installation fees. I did get to return the hardwire kit, but that was the most inexpensive thing. Best Buy is great for computers and other electronics, but they do not know enough about their dash cams. I recommend buying them somewhere else or consulting a real professional before purchasing.

The guys installed my camera very quickly and efficiently. With total tech support it was also free. I would not hesitate to let these guys do any kind of an install in my car.
