They installed the equipment but didn't check to see if the back camera was connected and working. I have been trying to reach them to fix this but have not been able to get the service done due to there not being a tech available anymore. There should be a clause in the contract for a Total Tech customer to be able to use another vendor and be fully reimbursed for the external service if the service included in the TotalTech package cannot be provided.

The camera system works very good. Has many features. The only thing that works spotty is the voice command. I'm still working on the GPS. The resolution is great.

They installed 2 cameras, front and back in a manner where you can't see any wires from the battery harness and the rear, as well as installing them in the correct locations

It was a direct wiring install they did for my already existing dash cam. They did a good job, and completed it in less time than originally told.
