The appointment was for 3:30pm with a one hour install. Didn't get out of the garage will nearly 6:30pm. Scheduling could have been better.

The install guy was friendly and helpful. He installed my dash camera and formate my sad card for me. The slight problem I have is the wire cam down and I had to put it back

I don’t know why the camera turns off. I called the geek squad and was told it was normal but my old model did not do this. But the installation was very quick and neat

I had a front rear camera installed. I came and went inside the house right after install. I went out to the garage for something in the back of the car and found the rear camera was not attached to the window. I had to hold the camera to the window again to get it to stick. It was not hot in the car so i can only assume the person who installed didn't check to ensure it was attached because I have had no issues since.
