not as happy as I should be, being a elite member
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At 1st they didn't want to do the install. Cause I didn't buy the install package, but was told it was included and wouldn't be a problem... well it was and Had to call the manager for help after 45 minutes of waiting. . The installer didn't center the camera so the video recording is off to the side and a little down on a 45° angle. Also didn't show me how to use it. I spend alot of money at Bestbuy. Things should have been better and more on point.

Not full service install

And nobody there even made a suggestion to accommodate my install. To this day, i have yet to get my dash cams installed. I had to order the harness, which i now have and have to wait again for an install opportunity.

Very very bad attitude.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First at they're rude and gave me tow appointments to install it, first time they delay more than hour and half, second time more than two hours, they broke part of my rear light and didn't mentioned, Also they didn't acknowledge me anything about my new device so till now I can't use the GPS or able to calibrate the rear parking lines.

Broke A pillar trim, didn’t even tell me

Wasn’t installed good enough

Was told I need a appointment to have it fixed. I was just there so u happy I am still waiting for my refund That hasn’t happened yet either . I will be calling corporate. Makes me angry that I have to waste my time again.

Horrible

They promised not to as they pushed my appointment back. They only installed 2 out of 3 components as well and I did the rest. They were negative Nelly's about it also. They also broke a piece of my trim inside by windshield and cost me 85$ to replace. I want refunds and reimbursement.

Not as advertised

Was informed about 1 hour install. it took 1 hour 45 min. Advertised install would include instructions on how the item worked. My father was informed the manual would give him all information needed. Very unprofessional.

THEY BORKE MY NEW KIA

THEY BROKE MY CAR, ripped TWO handles off my new Kia, and didn't replace the cover correctly behind my rearview mirror. "Manager" Sean France in Clovis CA, where the installation happened, has yet to do ANYTHING. Appalled at the lack of regard or respect for another's vehicle.

When I picked up my vehicle, I began asking questions and was told he had no idea and that it would involve him reading the manual which he really didn't have tlme for. Very dissatisfied!

Appointment issues

The appointment was marked as completed without any work being done. I called when the notification came through and was told it was still available. This appointment does not show on my upcoming appointments. Rescheduled for first appointment available which is 3 weeks later.

Having problem connecting to my phone. I couldn't review or watch the video on my phone. Now it's not working, the screen says I need to format the sd card. Please call me if you have time.

Many are left out in the field not able to answer difficult questions. I feel for them as they are trying but not able to connect.

Worst service my Geek Squad

If they need to schedule the installation, they're asking to pay though the item is eligible for free installation(as per BestBuy website).

Took them forever, left a mess in my car, and...

They left a mess of wire pieces and debris in my car. And they apparently had to remove my dash, because they had a hard time getting it back in on and it is now loose with bent and misshapen trim pieces.

Even though I schedule an appointment individuals were able to walk off the street and chat with the tech while he was working this held me up considerably. Spoke to the store manager to no avail

Paid 60 dollars and they said I’d be able to reschedule. Haven’t gotten a call to reschedule, order says it was completed and it wasn’t! Impossible to get someone there to answer a phone
