The employees who installed my dash cam were professional and knoweledgeable. I wanted no wires showing and they did exactly as I requested. They also explained to me how everything worked.

Good Install, very professional looking in my car setup.

I gave a 3 because it is not the installers fault that Best Buy did not have the needed part to finish the job. It is not a cable they carry. I had to order it off of Amazon and now I have to drive back (70 miles) on a weekend to get the cable hooked up. Also they charged me for the install but that did not include putting in the back up camera it only included install to the rear window. I paid extra for the rear camera install.

Staff was very courteous and professional asking me how and where I wanted the dash-cam mounted.

My product was only partially installed due to non compatible equipment or wiring. So could not fully assess

horrible!!!! this was a Christmas gift for my son and when he showed up there. the technician turned him away. told him that there was no record of the product being purchased for install. my son went there with the receipt and we had an appointment. i just checked online and they marked the installation as complete SMH. ive been on the phone with customer service and cannot reach anyone.

Item doesnt work and was wired incorrectly. Took twice as long as expected to have it done wrong.
