Broken already. Do not buy. Not worth the money or the time.

It broke the first day. The older model is much better and reliable.

Trash do not buy this item. Of the other one they came out with.

It didnt work with pokemon go. Had to return this.

Not great but better than the original. Love the auto spin/catch feature. My family walks a lot but hates augmented reality games while we walk so this lets me not miss out on anything when we walk. I hate missing out while traveling on trips. This doesn't let me miss out on a thing. I can see the sites and know the game is playing in the background. Battery pack on standby. I also will never miss out on another shiny day due to work. In addition to the fact it takes care of team rocket for you. It really let's you increase in level fast. Not to mention the huge collection of stardust. No soft ban worry. Not sure use an alt account for a few months before using on your main. Then switch over. My pokemon go friends group have been using these since the first version and non have bans. Do not use any usb charger in your computer for the safety of your computer. Always charge it in a wall usb charger. You never know. This thing is great when it works. The first gen was frustrating. Hopefully this will be better.

Saw a lot of great reviews for this device and I decided to buy it. Ive had it for almost a day now, and here are some of the things I've noticed: Pros: When its connected, its very easy to use and quite fun Cons: It disconnects after about 20 minutes of use. The app for it is very poorly designed, and will disconnect all the time (2.2 stars on App Store). The wrist band is difficult to take off for charging. There is not a clear enough walk through when setting up (required a YouTube video, which is not a huge deal but would make life easier if they had some extra support). Its great while it's connected, but honestly you're better off buying the pokemon go plus or poke ball plus. Would not recommend

I would give five stars but these devices create a lot of frustration and only work about half of the time. When they work their great. These are battery hogs and you end up going through a ton of them and I mean a ton. I only got one because I wanted to play on trips but got tired of missing out on playing. My family hates it when I have my face glued to my phone on walks. This allows me to play but I'll have this in my pocket clicking away. This has also allowed me to play on event days that I would other wise miss out on due to work. It's odd how niantic doesn't endorse the device but they have their name and contact info on the package should there be any issues. Yes this is cheap made china junk. face it some work some don't. Using this device will NOT give you a shadow ban.

My children Love this! We bought 2 and don't regret it... It's far better than any others that we have bought!

This works great to capture anything that is in your general area as long as you have an abundance of regular Pokeballs. The reason for the 2 star rating is because at 50$ you would think that it would be a little more durable. In 6 months I have been through 3 of these. The design is terrible. The charging port in inside of the band and its difficult to take off. This is the area where it consistently breaks. The Chip is attached poorly and continues to break. While this is a necessary tool for any hardcore Pokemon Go player, they seriouly need better quality control on these as they are cheap and break very easily. Im hoping that a newer redesigned version comes out as there is no extended warranty available for this product and the manufacturer does not respond.

Was not very impressed. This was bought as a replacement for another one that had quit. Immediately after opening this one the screen didn't work and the battery life was terrible in comparison. Returned it after 7 days.

Disappointed. I've only used it twice and it has already stopped working. And when it did work, it constantly disconnected. It's completely dead now and won't charge. At least the original worked and lasted almost 2 years.

Works great and so easy to use! I love Pokémon Go! And this is the ultimate must have!!

Going to try to exchange it for a different one as i bought a BRAND NEW one today, was not charged so i had to charge it, vibration was working for a bit, i tried EVERYTHING to get it to work again, nothing, then it works again for a minute and then it stops working, even though this came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a friend of mine, thats the one beef i have with the device, if after i exchange it i still have the same issue im just gonna save myself the hassle and get a refund

Wont charge. Charged for like 5 min and now wont anymore. Also wont stay connected.

Literally broke in less than 3 weeks, and can't even get a refund because I've been "4 days pass the return date. No longer able to return" Don't purchase, literally waste of money.

Do not buy this from Best Buy. I payed for a new device. It came very scratched up, well used, and dirty. So frustrating that I paid full price for this and I have to return it.

The support team at the manufacturing company is unwilling to replace the device with one that works.
