Headache

Doesn't work...

It works well in the car when the watch is sitting on my phone but it will disconnect as soon as the phone is placed in my pocket. I also cannot get the device to update. There is an app that is needed to update the device however it won't connect to the watch so i can't access the settings or update the firmware.

Don’t buy this device

I worked with code junkies support and they told me to drain the battery, which took 2 weeks and repair it to my phone. Unfortunately it still did not work and they told me to return it. I need to wait for the Covid lockdown to let up before I return it to Bet Buy. I wish this device worked, I really like the design,
