We bought 3, my son bought 2 and all are dead before second charge, total waste of money. Product works well but doesn't last a week. That's 5 total in a week that died the same way, pure garbage!

My only issue may be the usb port.. might break from every other day charging.. (20/7 a day player). Nice big band for my very large wrist .. older model did not fit my wrist. Glass cover scratched 1st Day die to elevated bezel..

Item does not sync well, does not “spin” Poke stops or catch Pokémon as it should. I thought maybe I missed something in the settings but my son the experienced Pokémoner checked my settings and told me that my Gotcha was just junk!

Stopped working after three months (screen died). Too late to return and out of stock everywhere.

This is second one I have had that stops working after a month. Plug it in to charge and never comes back on.

This item only worked for 1 hour. I bought this for my 13 year old who is very tech savvy. Tried connecting many, many times, did not. I bought the gotcha, the original again. That works great!

Useless. Does not work at all. We tried various troubleshooting but too much waste of time and was not fun for the little one so he lost interest.

Makes walking the dog and stuff much easier while playing Go. Kind of finicky at times, but I've never not gotten it to work.

It's great when it works, unfortunately it doesn't work too often. It regularly disconnects from the Pokemon Go app. Where's the update Datel?

No stars given. Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband and it worked one day and wouldn't work at all after that. So disappointing. Sending it back. Don't waste your money.

I am so disappointed with this watch! Not even a month and this thing doesn't turn back on! I didn't even get it wet or drop it, no damages to it whatsoever. Of course, they have a short time period for returns because they know that this product is defective and don't want you to return their crappy device!! UGH, I so wanted this thing to work. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Decent gotchem device. Scratches extremely easy. One of two stopped working and had to exchange. But still decent. good battery life for sure

It is a good product for someone who wants to play cut is unable to go for walks near stops. Make sure you download the app and update the device before you sync it to your game.

Impossible to know which way to plug in to charge and stopped working and charging completely after about 3 months. Poor design and functionality.

Not a great product. Has trouble connecting to app. In-game connectivity is shaky as well. Does what it is designed to do but honestly the results are underwhelming.

Perfect! I suggest you download the app when you set it up first and it pairs pretty seamlessly. Bought this at Best Buy after the one at GameStop did not work.

perfect condition and my delivery man was kind enough to backtrack to my address after I missed the call that he had arrived so he was awesome for that.

Bought for my grandson and he loves it! Simple to use and he caught Pokemon while he was sleeping. He enjoys his new edition to playing his game.

My wife and Kids love this item. It gives them the ability to play the game when they otherwise could not. Excellent quality and features.

I’ve had the regular gotchas and go plus devices, this works as good as the regular gotcha but the battery lasts so much longer. Impossible to fall out like the original as well.
