I've been a fan of the PotA series from the original movies. These 1st 2 remakes of sorts do a good job of telling the origins of the story line.

Great sequel to rise of the planet of the apes. Would recommend to anyone who liked the first.

Wife seems to really enjoy these movies and I can say the cinematography was well done.

It's a Planet of the Apes movie. Don't expect otherwise. But very well done, and of course great special effects. No idea how they do this stuff.
