Marvel can do no wrong. Ryan Reynolds off beat humor was great. Looking forward to Deadpool with the X-Men.

A little of both. Funny, gory, hadn't seen this one and wanted background to watch the new one. In all, not bad. NOT for young children. Or anyone easily offended by gratuitous violence on "offensive" language.

This movie is a must have for any comics movie collector, it has the laugh and a great story behind it.

As many have said before, Deadpool is pretty much THE superhero Ryan Reynolds was born to play. His humor and quips sync with Deadpool's perfectly, and this movie is spot-on as a result. Unfortunately, the villain is kind of forgettable...and by the time they get the ball rolling, the movie's over. I suppose that's ok, as this movie serves as a springboard for the Deadpool character proper, and we're very likely to see a sequel in the near future. I ultimately enjoyed this one, but I can't in good conscience give it more than a 3/5 rating due to the immature, vulgar frat-boy humor throughout. But hey, that's what Deadpool is about, right? To each their own.
