Do not let your young children watch. The language and violence would be too intense. That being said (unless those items would be too much for you as well), I highly recommend watching this movie. Apparently the budget got slashed so they had to focus more on the script than just special effects, AND IT SHOWS. Great writing and fast pace make for an enjoyable ride.

I didn't think I'd like this movie as much as I did. There's a lot of dark humor and sarcasm that meshes well with my personality to like it. Yes, there are some vfx mistakes that you can catch from youtube, google, etc, but enjoying the movie with an empty head, 2 beers, and a bag of hot cheetos got me laughing harder than a school girl. Definitely one of my favorites.

I can't believe it's been two years since this was released. I bought it on Blu-ray and have watched it several times since then, but after upgrading to a 4K TV, I couldn't resist buying some movies. $40 is steep for me, but I managed to pick this up for $20 on sale and I am stoked to have both Deadpool films in 4K! LOVE these movies!

This movie is NOT for kids! It is hardly a movie for early teenagers. But for everyone else, this movie is AWESOME!!! You want the perfect anti-hero movie, you got it. Revel in the cursing, close human contact (the censures said I my other words were inappropriate), violence, explosions, sarcasm, self-deprecation, and everything else right that goes with Deadpool. Enjoy!

Deadpool has always been one of my top comic characters, despite his vulgar sense of humor. That is what makes him Deadpool though. I had to get this beautiful Steelbook casing, even though I already own another Steelbook and another copy of the film on 4K. It has cool content in the case also, stickers, paper dolls and tattoos! Great buy!

Very off-color at times, but you can't help laughing while watching this movie. Ryan Reynolds seems to have been born to play Deadpool. He's very funny and charming in the movie. The visuals are excellent, as is the supporting cast. Great characters and tons of funny dialogue.

This movie meets and exceeds all expectations if you're familiar with the character. It puts out a decent amount of humor and delivers on the premise of it's highly anticipated debut. However, the re-watch-ability is low as the jokes and plot are just alright. This movie is definitely not for kids but entertaining for audiences that are familiar with the character

I took a chance and bought this movie not knowing much about the character of Deadpool and it ended up being a great movie and I am happy to have made the choice to buy it, it has a much more graphic and adult aspect to it that the other superhero movies tone way down on and it's quite refreshing to see a more realistic approach to making a movie in this genre for once.

I loved this movie. It was so self aware in everything that it did. Yes there were moments where characters were shot down below and yes there were swear words but at its core....it is indeed a love story....so so they want us to believe! *This is not a superhero for the entire family....do not let young children watch...or do... I can't dictate your parenting style.

Far different than the previous X-Men movies before it, Deadpool is the story of Wade Wilson, a man who goes through an experiment to unlock mutant powers of accelerated healing but leaves him disfigured. Although Ajax seemed like a lame villain, there's good action and lots of comedy. Looking forward to the sequel, especially if the end credit Easter egg comes to pass.

I have always been a deadpool fan and having never seen the movie in the theatre, i was taking a chance on buying this film but with the sale that best buy had, it was worth the risk. i was super happy that this version of deadpool was way more enjoyable than the awful portrayal in wolverine. this is a fun and violent movie and you should not let your kids watch it ;)

What can I say? This movie is a great vehicle to display Ryan Reynolds talents as an action hero, with a style unique to Reynolds. Irreverent, racy dialogue, great CG effects, thundering action scenes, combines with a supporting cast that reads like a who's who of Hollywood. I appreciated the extras provided with the movie disk. A must buy for your library of keepers.

One of the best superhero movies released. Very adult oriented though, and you won't want to let your kids watch this one - older teens maybe, depending on what you normally let them watch. There is a lot of graphic violence, rude language and jokes - and overall, super funny and entertaining - for the adult (well, adults with a sense of humor and not easily offended).

OK, you have to be a Marvel fan to be able to appreciate all of this movie. It also helps if you are into film as more than just entertainment. But from the opening credits, this had me. Oh, you should also watch "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" first - and watch ALL of it. KD (a film & video instructor) has said, "The film isn't over until the end of all the credits."

I love it, I just love it and I know if your looking for a funny movie to watch you will love it too. The jokes and shockingly good and in a quick fire too but not in a bad way . All are being using in the right place and right time and that's another thing the timing is amazing just like the action. If you need a new movie you should get this for your collection.

Great film (for adults). Has everything you could want: action, romance, humor, superheroes, car chases, gun battles, all led by a witty, lovable antihero in a red suit. Very true to the source material yet doesn't alienate new viewers. If you need a good laugh, a good action film, or a good love story to cuddle up with your SO, this one is definitely worth the watch.

I had been waiting for this to come out and man was I not disappointed in the entire movie. The sets were good, photography good all was good but the dialog and physical jokes had me on the floor. Right down mainstreet will NEVER mean the same thing to me again. Rent it, buy it, have fun with it. It deserves at least two viewings with all the sight gags thrown around!

I must say that I have enjoyed the Marvel movies thus far. That said, this movie is very fun to watch. Note - It is NOT kid friendly like the other Marvel movies and as such is rated R. From the beginning to the end there is plenty of action and humor. If you don't mind some bad language and heated moments and are a Marvel fan, I highly recommend this. Two thumbs up!
