Do it. While this movie is not family friendly if you have young ones around, it surely delivers. It's an action comedy mix with the worlds greatest anti hero, great writing acting and special effected. Best Buy dropped the price and I picked it up and so glad I did. Highly recommend this one. Pick it up you will be glad you did!

This was absolutely one of the funniest films we have ever seen. That being said the humor is not for everyone (sorry Aunty Mabel but your heart won't make it through this). Great action, cool enough story line, and a real nod to the real Deadpool character. An amazing job by Ryan Reynolds...and then there's the bonus of Morena Baccarin!

What else can be said about this franchise that hasn't already been said? This movie has it all from comedy to action and more. Ryan Reynold's is absolutely in his comfort zone in this film and portrays the character of Deadpool 100%. You will love this film.

I'm kind of glad I didn't get around to purchasing this movie until now. This new anniversary edition had some cool decals and stickers, which was a bonus because it's become one of my favorite movies. My only criticism is that it didn't have a DVD copy as well, but maybe that's because they're being phased out?

I am no fan of comics by any means, however, motion pictures provide glimpses into creative minds of interpretation. Deadpool is adult fare, scaled back for ratings acceptance, and the cast is great in their roles. This was a gift, but i would also add it to my minimal collection to watch over and over when i need to escape reality.

This isn't you normal Marvel movie, that's for sure. The Merc with a Mouth tests every bit of that R rating. Ryan Reynolds is a perfect fit for the character. The film is funny, violent, and action packed. The blu-ray has a spectacular, pristine transfer and a pumping soundtrack. I purchased it as a blind buy and wasn't disappointed.

I think it was great that this Superhero movie pushed the limits of its rating. It is about time a Adult theme content was there. I have really been getting tired of all the soften down comic movies. Let these superheroes be real and this movie did that. This movie is a must see and own for the future. It far exceeded what i was expecting.

Luuuv it. Definitely can tell Ryan Reynolds put his heart and soul over 10 yrs to try & get this movie made. Way to not give in & have them chop the movie to pieces. Why do all action hero movies have to made for kids. They dont & I love it!! Movie wouldnt of been the same or even close to being as good as it was if it was pg13.

Deadpool isn't your typical superhero movie. But alas, Deadpool isn't your typical superhero. Marvel Studios got this one right. You can tell that Ryan Reynolds was passionate about recreating this character. If your only exposure to Deadpool was in X-men Origins: Wolverine then you are missing out. Watch this movie now!

This review is for the special Holiday edition Deadpool, which includes a collectible Deadpool holiday greeting card. I bought it at $14.99, and was totally satisfied. It includes a "Holiday Deadpool" slipcover, and the aforementioned holiday card, which contains a risqué Deadpool Santa joke that made me laugh. A fun collectible!

I will admit that I don't buy many movies. I usually rent them. It is only when a movie is so entertaining that I will shell out the buck with the intension of watching it enough times to be financially reasonable. Deadpool is on such movie. It is so cleaver that even the opening credits are memorable. this is such a rarity. Enjoy.

I had high expectations for this movie and I can certainly say it did not disappoint. It was funny and action packed while staying true to the deadpool comic character. I like a lot of the other comic movies but this one had something different about it in a good way. If you like comics, comedy, or action you should should see this movie.

This is not your average marvel movie, there is swearing and a bit of nudity so don't buy it for the kids. Adults however NEED to get this movie because the humor and action scenes are AWESOME!!! Best movie in the series in a while and I hope they continue to go with an R rating if the subject matter benefits from it, which this one did.

Great character finally done right. Great acting and just plain fun to watch, it really seems that everyone involved in making this movie were really having a good time doing it. This was not a superhero movie made simply to print money for the studio, not made simply so they can merchandise the heck out of it, it was made for the fans.

I had a lot of friends tell me that Deadpool was a legitimately good movie when it came out so with the 2nd one on the way, I picked this up to watch. I already knew about the sex and violence and that there would be jokes all over the place. That's fairly standard for Deadpool even without reading the comics. What I did not know was that it has a pretty good love story with the protagonist's actions driven in part by trying to get back to his girl friend. If sex and hyperbolic violence does not bother you, Deadpool is worth seeing. No comics required.

When I saw Ryan in that joke of a Wolverine movie as Deadpool I thought he was the only bright spot in the movie. Then I heard they were making Deadpool into a movie and knew it would be good. Ryan plays this part like it was written for him. This is the best super hero movie I have seen to date. Do yourselves a favor and buy this movie.

Deadpool is not like your traditional superheroes from the Marvel universe. That’s what make him so unique and makes this movie so great. Marvel made the right decision casting Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. He provides a great comedic side to this character.

While familiar with the Avengers side of the MCU, I haven't seen some of the others including Deadpool. Given all the buzz and success of the movie at the box office, I thought I'd give the movie a try. Wow, how refreshing! Bad language, graphic scenes, fast pacing, and a likeable "un-hero" in Deadpool. Definitely added to my rotation.

Deadpool is, I believe, the first R rated comic book film to be released theatrically, and it turned out to be one the best moves made by a movie studio, maybe ever. This is a great movie, but it is rated R for a reason. If you have younger kids around, I probably would wait until they go to bed before putting this one in the player.

Not for Children. Not for Stuffy Adults (you know the ones who have couches wrapped in plastic no one can sit on) who should not be allowed around children. A movie for Adults who regret adulting, and wish they were children who shouldn't be allowed to see this movie. Also not for fans of the Green Lantern movie... <all 3 of them.>
