This is a great choice to try out on a new 4K tv. It features more well lit scenes than many movies do, so it's easier to appreciate the great definition of this new format. (Well, new to me anyway!) The movie is comic genius and the R rating should be noted when deciding whether it's appropriate superhero fare for your kids.

This is another great Steelbook of a Marvel Blu-ray release. Almost all of these Best Buy Marvel Steelbook exclusives sell out the day they're released (except Fantastic Four, of course), but I was lucky to get the last unit at a nearby Best Buy store four days after its release. Like the past ones, this features great artwork.

First of all this is an adult oriented movie not for little kids. It is pretty graphic and lots of adult language so I wouldn't recommend it if you have a family. Other than that Ryan Reynolds does a great job as Deadpool I am glad they gave him a chance to reenact this character. Cant wait for Deadpool 2.

This movie is exactly what Deadpool fans want and expect from the character. It's hilarious, irreverent, and constantly breaks the 4th wall. Parents beware, though; this is NOT a typical superhero movie in the vein of Marvel's recent projects. Deadpool earns the R rating very early on and continuously makes use of it throughout.

Completely enjoyed the sarcasm and humor of this movie, picks up Ryan Reynolds unique delivery style in a way that is a great match to the character of Deadpool. Movie is a great contained introduction to the comic book character and also is a strong personality that makes full use of the r rating, not for kids in any fashion.

Saw this movie in theater, first time I ever watched a movie where everyone was laughing and pointing at the screen. Was it the great movie ever, a classic to go with some of the all time greats? No, but it is a great movie with plenty of action a decent storyline and a s@#t load of dirty laugh out load jokes and gags!

Deadpool is the ultimate anti-hero. He doesn't want to be the hero. He just wants to be a mercenary who is able to make a living without any cares, except for that one girl -- Vanessa. Watch and see how the X Men continue to try and recruit him, all the while Deadpool is trying to just get revenge on the man who created him.

Deadpool is one of my favorite movies in the superhero genre. Note that if you are thinking about watching this with you kids, just don't. Really. It is a hard R for a reason and aside from the violence, if your kids are teens or pre-teens, you might have some awkward family moments and discussions during or after this movie.

Absolutely fantastic movie. Not for kids or the faint of heart, but if you've got a deranged sense of humor and love action, this is it. Not to be missed. The fact that they still offer a Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack is great. This set has plenty of extras to enjoy as well, so grab a few tacos and sit back and enjoy the show....

Too often the packaging of the video gives a false impression of what is inside the package. The Deadpool cover really expresses what is in the game. The suspense of the mask and the facial design relate to the graphics and fight torn sequences of the game. An excellent purchase for amateur and pro alike.

This is a really good movie! Ryan Reynolds does a great job! Sarcastic with a "potty" mouth! He's perfect for this role of Deadpool! One warning: this movie has A LOT of cursing! Kids should not watch this! That's how Deadpool is in the comic book! The movie HAD to be rated R, otherwise it would not be true to the comic book.

Movies is rated R and for good reason. there is alot of raunchy humor and scenes going on and a ton of swearing. Action is good the jokes are awesome and deadpool couldnt have been anyone but Ryan Reynolds. Great buy. Only negative is that they again stray from the comic a bit with his story and also his GF being a mutant.

This is a must have if you have a 4K tv and 4K player. The colors on Deadpool’s costume come to life and the fighting scenes look amazing. You can’t go wrong with adding this movie to your collection if you are a 4K collector.

The opening credits had me crying I was laughing so hard. The rest of the movie didn't disappoint at all! The violence is creative. The humor is quick and fantastic. Ryan Reynolds is outstanding. He made Deadpool in every way. The rest of the cast is great. I haven't been able to look at a pair of Crocs in the same way since.

Note: this is 4-stars as a Blu-ray product, not necessarily a movie critique. However, the movie is funny, entertaining, and different than what most viewers are probably used to. The plot isn't super unique or surprising, but the characters are different than the norm, which is no surprise if you're familiar with Deadpool. The Blu-ray is good, with decent extra features and a good amount of content. It's not extraordinarily elaborate or anything, but there was some effort put into the extras and menus, etc. If you're a fan of the movie, you'll be pleased with the Blu-ray.

This movie is hilarious and a excellent portrayal of the Deadpool character. Not for kids at all though. Just constant violence, language and adult situations but it doesn't seem gratuitous or just to be edgy. I would like a PG13 version so my kids could actually watch it (but that would destroy the greatness of the movie)

Well I'm having a problem with my movie. I can't seem to stop watching it and laughing, not to mention I haven't stopped eating chimichangas since the release date. But seriously a must buy. I should have bought the 4k version just to future proof my self but it's what ever. And an obvious PSA. NOT A KIDS MOVIE!!!!!

Deadpool is hands down the funniest comic book/super hero movie ever. However, any parents out there that think "oh it's a super hero movie, it can't be THAT bad even though it's rated R and I can watch it with my kids" seriously needs to watch it first. Definitely a lot of adult language, and scenes that are not for kids.

This movie is an excellent example of the fact you don't need to use a huge budget in order to make a great movie. Smallest budget of any of the marvel movies yet it's amazingly good. This is the type of creativity we need in superhero movies. If you haven't already - buy this now. ESPECIALLY in 4K! It looks AMAZING!

For a marvel fan I collect most of the movies the best part was dead pool fighting with megasonic and the metal whatever never had the comic book still ok to watch
