After watching this, I new I had to eventually buy it. This movie fits into the X-Men universe (mostly), and Ryan Reynolds just kills it as Deadpool. While it's a love story, horror story, super-not-hero story, it's also action packed and extremely funny while keeping to the character of the comics.

This movie was hilarious. Fortunately the first scene made me laugh so hard I cried.. so I got it out of my system so I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the flick. I've watched it a few times since the theater and it gets better every time. This has set the pace for how movies should be, especially Rated R.

I love the movie, and I love the new Steelbook. Was disappointed I missed the old Steelbook in 4k, but this edition makes me glad I did. Side note, first Steelbook that showed up damaged from best buy, makes it a little difficult to close, so maybe pick it up in store instead.

Really funny and enjoyable movie. Definitely not for kids. Saw this in theaters and people actually had young children with them and left during the movie. The parents lost out but deserved it for not reading any review on it beforehand. Probably the best non-Marvel-made Marvel Comics movie yet.

This movie was a very different kind of superhero movie. I tend to fall asleep watching movies late at night but this one kept my attention throughout!!! A great accomplishment to say the least and very entertaining. I normally don't watch movies over and we've seen this one at least three times!!!

This is the Deadpool movie that us fans have been waiting for and not the version that was in Wolverine Origins. This movie hit everything that is Deadpool in the comics, funny and action. So if you're a fan of Deadpool, you must see this movie and what ever you do, DO NOT let your little kid's see this.

I liked this movie more than I thought I would. I'm not the biggest "mutant" fan but this was a bit different than the other films like Wolverine et al., and I'm not just referring to the "4th wall" breaking action. There is violence of course but it's almost fantasy type violence and not actual gore. Definitely not a kid or tween movie though - there's a lot of swearing and some innuendos. They redeemed Deadpool after a previous movie, I forget it's name, completely ruined it. Ryan Reynolds does a great job bringing the character to life.

This movie is really a black comedy and action/adventure/fantasy at the same time. It is raunchy, hyperviolent, and thoroughly enjoyable. It is a pretty hard "R" so not for family viewing. Acting was great for this kind of movie, with Ryan Reynolds' wit and the very sexy Morena Baccarin as leading lady.

Deadpool reigns itself as the first R-rated Superhero movie, and it does so with gusto! While the R-rating alone isn't what makes this movie great, it's the way the producers/director were able to go full throttle and hold nothing back in terms of making a Deadpool movie accurate to the source material.

I wasn't sure if Fox still had it in them to make good super hero movies, but I was wrong. While Deadpool isn't exactly going to be nominated for any oscars, it's the type of super hero movie that was missing from very crowded space. Any one who is old enough should give this a watch, it's hilarious.

Deadpool is a very unique character that has been in the comic books for about 25 years. A Mercenary, a hard-core killer. The character was also developed to be completely off the wall insane. Close to the Joker without the completely evil anarchist part. Ryan Reynolds has him pegged down to a T.

I absolutely love this movie but it is definitely not one you watch with the kids. Subject matter is very adult oriented, you will find yourself having to explain things you weren't prepared for if the kids are there! But as an adult I highly recommend! Amazingly funny movie with lots of action.

For this to be a movie that took ten years to make, and was sabotaged at every turn, it was phenomenal! It was funny and raunchy and gory and action packed. I loved Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. They couldn't have found anyone better to play the part. I nearly died laughing watching this. It's so great.

This edition in the Marvel franchise is a very different animal. The R rating is needed for the language and adult themed scenes. I am a Ryan Reynolds fan and love his humor style. He shines in this movie because the character he plays is a great fit to his style. The action is well done and special effects are good. The movie is well paced, but has some flashback jumps that I find distracting. This is very much a tongue-in-cheek story. It is nothing like Iron Man or Captain America movies. Rent it before you buy it to be sure you'll like it.

If for some reason you do not know what Deadpool is about, let me just say that's its got the usual over the top action scenes you would expect from a typical superhero movie. What is has that makes it so different, is that you have a foul mouthed and irrelevantly funny hero. Highly recommended!

This movie was a must see for my 19 yr old son and I! While full of action and laughs, it is truly an R rated movie. The story is told well and true to the charter and style from which it is taken from. Ryan Reynolds is the right choice for the character. That, and a strong cast of supporting charters.

My son in and daughter said I should watch this move and not so much of a fan of this sort of movie I put it off for a long time. I thought is was great, so much that I have since watched it 4 times and look forward to the next one, highly recommend it no matter what your taste of movies it is.

Let me start out by saying while eating my chimi-changas That unicorns are not also very friendly and magical But there the only way to travel To get some serious revenge on those who hate unicorns and don't even know what chimi-changas are Hi ho corny away!!!!!

Make no mistake, this is one Marvel film that is not for the whole family. It's rated R for a reason. Language and violence aside, I did think the bits of nudity were a bit much, and the scene with Stan Lee looking like an old pervert in the strip club will forever have me thinking of him as a sleazeball, BUT, beyond that this was a hilarious romp, Ryan Reynolds at his comedic finest. The action was great, Ryan Reynolds was at the top of his game, and it was just 2 hours of solid fun. Definitely recommend.

Deadpool is one of my favorite movies of 2016. Ryan Reynolds gives one of his best performances that he has ever done. It is a great comedy as well as a great action movie. Deadpool has you laughing throughout the movie at many parts. And the movie overall is entertaining and is a great action comedy.
