This is by far the best Marvel movie to date. I saw this in theaters and loved it and I am glad that it wasn't dumbed down or rated PG-13. Deadpool was portrayed brilliantly by Ryan Reynolds (only he could have pulled this off). Just get this movie now! And don't forget to get some chimichangas!

I feel like this is a hidden gem of the marvel movies. Doesn't get as much love since it isn't technically part of the MCU, but definitely worth a watch if you like somewhat over the top, raunchy comedy! Not one for the kids though.

I'm sure by now you've seen a lot of reviews. Most should have been prudent and explained this is really an adult film, for it's graphic violence and adult scenes. Great humor, a real Ryan Reynolds type script it has a lot of pokes at serious topics but with humor. Well delivered, well done.

Deadpool is the essential anti-hero. It's very refreshing to see a movie based on comic books that stays true to the darker side of the actual comic book. So many time wonderfully violent and crude comic books are sterilized to be released as PG13 movies in order to reach a larger audience.

I don't know why someone would be looking for reviews of this? And I'm no movie critic or huge comic book fan, but I wanted to see this movie without going to a theatre so I waited and bought this. The movie was well worth the wait for me. And am glad to have it added to my movie collection.

All I can say is if you like action movies or superhero movies at all, then you will love this movie. It takes place in the X Men movie universe (with Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman, etc), and it's definitely one of if not the best film in that series. The DVD/Blu Ray extras are pretty sweet, too.

This is for both the movie and product! First of all this is not... NOT for kids. That said, it is honestly one of the BEST super hero movies ever. I thought nothing or no one would top Iron Man I was wrong. The dvd/blu ray/digital version is awesome. Great bang for your buck with this product!

What more could we expect from Deadpool than him being, well, Deadpool. Of course he breaks the fourth wall, (hey there guy considering purchasing this) and of course there's violence and a bit of nudity. But that's what you expected, right? That's what every Valentine's day movie should have.

Ryan Reynolds has taken the role of a "superhero" and escalated it to that of an unmatcged star in the graphic novel movies. Deadpool isn't for everyone but it's by far the purest form of storytelling in the genre that's refused to dilute it's history just you appease Hollywood hipocrits. My only complaint is that Best Buy shipped this Steelbook in coldpress cardboard that provides zero damage protection. Mine came with a smashed in corner with zero visible damage to the cardboard.

Wasn't a big Deadpool fan as a youngster reading comics, but man, this movie really pulls it off. Of course it doesn't work without the great Ryan Reynolds as the lead. His deadpan humor really hits it outta the park. Oh, and don't take the little ones to see this. Rated R for a reason.

Ryan Reynolds played Deadpool once, back in a a Wolverine movie...lets face it, that Deadpool was HORRIBLE. This is how Deadpool should of been. The only problem is he wont get to crossover into much of the X-Men movies because of his rating, and how he should be portrayed.

Ryan Reynolds did a great job of capturing some of the maniacal character Deadpool's personality. I say some, because they couldn't put all of deadpool's personality into a film, and it be merely R rated. Lots of action, lots of comedy. A completely different take on comic book themed movies.

Love the steelcase that came in with the one of the best superhero movies of all time. Funny, crude, violent and does not hold back to the true essence of Deadpool. If you like your movie that is true to the comic, then this is the movie for you. Highly recommended for the true Deadpool fans.

I was glad this movie was rated R. If you had read the Deadpool comic books, most everybody knows the merc with a mouth was just as the way Ryan Reynolds played him in the movie. Great cast, great storyline, although this movie wasn't like the typical marvel movie, they did a solid job on it.

This movie achieved exactly what it was supposed to: A loyal to cannon, outright hilarious action pic with great performances and a solid story line. Ryan Reynolds and Morena Baccarin were fascinating to watch and as far fetched as the story is, they made it relatable, engrossing funny.

I loved this movie, Ryan Reynolds is Deadpool I can not think of any other actor that could have done a better job as Wade Wilson. This movie is hilarious and violent, bloody and crude this is Deadpool and I wouldn't have it any other way. This is a great movie and a must have, Rayteku

This is one of the most true-to-the-stories rendition of a superhero brought to the big screen this far, IMHO. I hope to see more installments of this great character in the near future. We all need more examples of this dedication for faithful translation of superheroes to the movie format.

So much saturation in the superhero market these days, but Deadpool stands out above the rest. There's a certain tongue-in-cheek quality to the film that is rarely executed so well. And in glorious 4K Blu Ray you really can't go wrong. I'd give this 6 stars if best buy would let me!

Movie reviews are hard to do without giving away anything so I will just say I have watched this a few times and don't think I have seen the whole movie yet due to laughing so hard. If you know anything about Deadpool you definitely get Deadpool in this movie. It is rated R and Not for kids.

I do not read the illustrated/comic book, but I knew that this could be a great movie given the character and Ryan Reynolds. I was not disappointed - the movie is action-packed, and Reynolds (and many other characters) are a hoot. It is touching, also, but Reynolds was meant to be Deadpool.
