Ahhh Deadpool, a movie many of us never thought would actually happen. But, just like the hero himself, Ryan Reynolds pounded the pavement until we have the crown jewel of the Marvel universe: Deadpool. This is very much a hard R movie and it's better because of it. Deadpool, by his very nature, is an insane "bad" person who just happens to be invincible and super ugly. Don't watch it with your kids, or even your dog. However, this is definitely my favorite Marvel movie ever and I plan on using some of the one-liners on my own friends.

Deadpool is an awesome movie definitely not for the kids you have to be up on current pop-culture to really enjoy this. Ryan Reynolds shines here in his best role to date I am 45 and very much in the pop culture scene the jokes come fast and furious it's crude and rude but has heart. I played this for my parents who are in their sixties they could not keep up and did not get the references they felt it was a weird movie. Anyone my age and younger will definitely love this movie but if you're older and out of the loop avoid it

I didn't take any chances when I seen this was coming to steelbook, I pre-order for shipping. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. Overall it arrived in great condition, despite the mailer and it's condition on arrival. The steel book is everything I expected in a Deadpool release, I know some dislike the upside down spine on this release, I think it's perfectly fitting to Deadpol. The movie it's self there really is no honest way to review, but I think anyone buying this movie knows exactly what there getting.

Excellent Steelbook edition of the Deadpool movie. The cover is simple, but cool, the inside features a funny spread of Deadpool lying in front of a fire. You get a bluray disc in the case, as well as an additional sleeve that holds the DVD copy, and a code for your digital copy. All three for a fair price and its nice to see bundles like this still around since many studios are moving away from including DVDs. Worth picking up if you collect Steelbooks, Marvel movies, or loved the movie in general.

First let me say please parents do not let your kids see this movie!!!! Besides that the movie was really good and I enjoyed every moment. The only thing that wasn't that good was the base story but when it comes to DeadPool he totally makes up for it. Adding jokes in between getting his butt kicked and really going crazy with his swords you almost forget the basic story they tell. But If you've never read a DeadPool comic before I highly recommend it, you'll understand.

The only thing better than the film itself is the steelbook....not only is the design great, but the entire case is filled with fourth-wall breaking jokes and you'll be laughing just by reading the description on the back. Inside artwork is great as well. As for the film itself, it's one of the best superhero movies to come out in a long time, and I would also say it's one of the best movies of 2016. Would highly recommend it if you could get your hands on it!

This movie is now on my list of top movies to watch to have a good laugh. This movie does the character of Deadpool very well. Ryan Reynolds was born to play this role. If you don't believe me, just ask him. From the opening montage to the end credits it's a filled with comedy, action, violence, and unicorns. One piece of advice: This movie is rated R for a reason. This is not your typical superhero movie. This movie is not for anyone under 18.

The movie was just offbeat enough that I was NOT bored for most of the time. The gratuitous violence was significant. Glad none of my children were present. The 4K rendition was spectacular. The second time I ran it, there was a freeze. I kept getting the same freeze, so I ejected the disc and looked for problems. Sure enough, I had left a rather large handprint on the surface. I cleaned it and all was good. Soundtrack was lively and fun!

Deadpool was awesome, everyone knows it. But the 4K Blu Ray experience trumps the theater, in my opinion. Greatly enhanced resolution and color. Feels like looking out a window... at Deadpool. So not entirely like a real window, but like a window that specifically looks into Marvel movies. It's a fun ride of a movie, made all the better in 4K. If you're on the fence about buying the new tech, this might push you over the edge.

I am sure that many have reviewed this movie and have given it much praise, and I just wanted to add my piece. Typically, I am not one of those people who rush to see "Superhero" movies and am not generally a fan, but this one was a bit different. I really liked how this character was deeply flawed, but managed to do the right thing. As for this set, the Bluray is top-notch and a great value at $7.99 on Black Friday.

Delivered three days ahead of release! Side logo is backwards compared to all my other Blu Rays, which is odd, but the picture shows the same, so I know it isn't a mistake. It also came with a DVD, which was not advertised, but in a seperate sleeve rather than an insert in the case.

When you watch this movie, you can learn why Deadpool wears red. This package includes a digital copy of the movie and does not include any bonus features. This is a movie ment for adults due to language and adult content. most fans of marvel comics know about deadpool and his attitude, but you got to love this knucklehead. Enjoy the movie

I had originally bought the standard blu-ray/DVD packaging as the steel book wasn't available online to purchase. When I got to the store and saw that there were steel books available, I compared the two and decided on the steel book as I thought the Deadpool comic logo was more unique than the close up of Deadpool's face, which was the same as what was being offered at Target and would prefer the durability. It was good to see (much) more than two bonus features on the blu-ray, which I find most studios are lowering themselves to now even with the amount of space available to put on a blu-ray. It misses out on 1 star though because rather than having a DVD holder on the opposite side from the blu-ray, the DVD was placed into a removable DVD slip cover.

Thank you for doing right by Deadpool and making this movie... The Deadpool in the Wolverine movie was just dreadful. I enjoyed how the movie didn't try to take itself too seriously. This bundle is a great value, nice to get the movie in multiple formats, including digital. This one includes a code that you can redeem on iTunes, which is great because you don't have to use that awful Ultraviolet service.

I'd like it even better if they stocked/made enough steelbooks to meet the fans demand. Instead, they sell out instantly, to non-fans, and are immediately placed on eBay for twice the original cost.

I didnt think I would like this movie, didnt know who deadpool was in the Marvel universe. Finally saw the movie and it was hilariously funny with alot of dry sarcasm. Definitely not for children! Ryan Reynolds plays a great deadpool. Plus is that when I purchased for a very cheap price on black Friday, had no idea at the time it came with a digital copy! ++

Loved Deadpool, would give it a 9/10, and this steelbook looks really nice. However, I noticed that the "Deadpool" title on the spine is facing the wrong way. As I'm writing this review it's shown that way but it could be a flaw with the picture. For me, it really won't be a problem, but I know this could bother some people. Just something to take note of if you're thinking of buying this version.

There is truly no other movie like Deadpool. For those adults that say superhero movies can be too childish or just aren't your cup of tea, Deadpool is for you. Deadpool definitely isn't for the kids, he's for the joy and entertainment of adults that need a good laugh. Deadpool is hilarious, definitely raunchy, super fun, and unlike any movie, superhero or otherwise, that you'll ever see.

Ryan Reynolds gets to show off his comedic chops in this movie. I read many reviews on other sites about this movie, many of which were negative because they thought, it being a Marvel movie, would be a good movie to take the kids. I guess they missed the "R" rating! Just to be clear, this is an adults only movie! Nudity and language throughout, but funny for the age appropriate group.

like many others, i'd been waiting on a deadpool movie for a while. and marvel certainly delivered with this one. and i am so glad it wasn't created for kids. to truly do this character right, they needed to do exactly what they did. and that was to not hold back on the language and violence. they certainly delivered in those aspects. highly recommended for any marvel fan....of certain ages.
