High price but low quality

About a month later the second tower I purchased also went out. I have contacted manufacturer and still no replacement from for the warranty. They said they would ship me new parts to install myself, however there is nothing they can do to expedite shipping. Keep in mind I do not know how to install speaker components. I have had the set for 9 months and 4 of those months subwoofer and amp has not worked. You're better off with buying their lower end brand Polk speakers, or even Klipsche speakers. Bestbuy cannot do anything either once speakers go out.

Do not buy open boxed item

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased this as an open item in excellent condition and i really don't know what determines excellent in Best Buy's eyes but it was in poor condition with broken edges, rips in fabric, no power cable, no manuals, etc. It was a big waste of time and inconvenience but at the end of the day i should have known better.
