Good speaker for surround or just stereo, good highs and lows great built in subs.

Sound is clear and the bass is off the charts. Very realistic sounds!

BP9060. Heard the 9020's at a magnolia store. Sounded great with the Denon avrx2300. Also compared BW and Martin Logan. Went with the avrx6200 and Bp9060. They look and sound great!!! 7.1 setup. Free center channel with current promotion.

there's just so many reviews you can read up on speakers until you have someone you trust who can give you an A+ rating on anything. I got mine and these speakers are awesome. If you have the ear for music you want to hear these are the speakers you've been waiting for! Price is one thing but you've made an investment.

Got these speakers because they were on sale. Was interested in having great sound quality speakers for movies and music. Did not expect these to be as great as they are. Looked around the internet to see how to properly plug them in using cables that were not included like the subwoofer cable. These speakers did not disappoint. If I could go back I would buy the next model up.

I first purchased Definitive speakers back in the mid-1990s. I had a 50" rear projection TV and added 5.1 surround sound to it around 1994. I loved the Definitive towers and still have them today as part of an 84" HD projection TV room. So when I set out to create a new TV room in my new vacation home, I did not hesitate to make Definitive my first choice. I shopped around, but came back to them quickly. A significant bonus was not needing a separate sub-woofer. The 10" woofers in these towers deliver great thundering bass when called upon to do so and beautiful highs and midrange all the time. I also purchased the matching Definitive center speaker. I love having the option of upgrading to 9.x in the future inside these towers and purchased a Marantz SR-6011 receiver that supports that as well. As an aside, I use Orb Audio M2s for my surround speakers. They are small, blend in with the ceiling and have great sound.

These speakers look and sounds great. i have been using BP8020 for a while, i wanted to upgrade to something bigger for larger area, to keep the atmos and surround speaker for voice match this was an obvious choice. it is placed in an open area in basement so Sc6000 Sub is part of system, so my system is 5.2.4 dolby atoms, paired with Marantz sR6013, i am still in the break in period, i know it will sound much better in a month or so. I might have gone for 9080 but i already have Mythos height speakers so i didn't go that rout, saving money for the center speakers. unboxing is super easy if you follow the instruction, i was able to unpack it my self with out any issues, make sure you unbox it near the location of speakers it would be hard to move them once out of box, there are plugs for connection, if you need to use banana plugs you need to take them off. use of Aluminum is very nice touch, base is much nicer than the 8000 series speakers. this should be on list if one is looking for larger speakers.

When I decided to upgrade my speaker system in my music/video room, I was looking for tower speakers and had experience with Def Tech as I had a center channel previously. These are great speakers and while at the bottom tier of the Def Tech bipolar series, they provide clear and precise sound. I am very pleased and note that the Def Tech bipolar speakers received recognition in Sound and Vision magazine

The sound quality and the ability to adjust the built in sub-woofer is out standing

Went into Best Buy to purchase Polk speakers. Discussed it with a couple of guys in the magnolia area and they informed me that the man who started Polk and left the company when it went public. He designed these speakers and they don’t disappoint at all.

I bought these speakers after experiencing them in my friend's house. I had already setup them for FL and FR towers however still unclear if I need to input the built subwoofer to the AVR or ignore. I will test both and update the review.

The sound is so full... I've eliminated my 5.1 system and just use a pair of these for my home theater. I also run the up firing speakers as additional fronts which raises the sounds stage. Pretty sure I will never buy another speaker brands again.

This was my first time listening to Definitive Technology speakers and I was sold. The have a very nice 3d sound which you can hear all around you. I would buy again. Lesley

I got two of these bad boys and I am extremely happy. I tried Klipsch large speakers but the sound was not that impressive. Once I upgraded to these speakers, I immediately knew my search for good speakers ended. If you can afford it, get it. You will not be disappointed.

I am and always have been a music lover. However due to live style , career and constantly traveling my music system became very dated. Well thanks to a great associated I was introduced to these speakers. The sound is so crisp, clear at any level that is almost live being in front of the artist. Love this product more than I can say

Went in the magnolia with the mindset of walking out with kilpsch and the worker said “are you sure you want those?” And after showing me these for a couple more bucks there’s no comparison these blew the klipsch out of the water I have them running with a marantz 7 channel

I have been eying these speakers for a while. So happy with this purchase. The sound is crisp clear and powerful. Great upgrade for my system. I would recommend to anyone to give this brand a try!!
