Impressed with the packaging, could tell from that The product was going to be different. Thought out from the very start, even on getting things unpacked, they designed it out to make it easy. Alternate footings for hard surfaces or carpet. The powered amp feature is great. Very good rich sound on movies and on music.

Very pleased with these speakers. The built in bass saved me money. The bass is legit. My windows rattle if I set the bass too high. TV, music and gaming sound great.

These speakers create more of an atmosphere than a sound. My home theater finally feels all-encompassing. I can not describe the quality of the true-to-life experience these speakers provide. I paired mine with the Pioneer Elite 9.2 with the 9060 Center and Dolby Atmos toppers (genius design). I picked up a pair of 9040 surround bookshelf speakers and I couldn’t be happier. This is an absolute insanely clean and immersive sound. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

We had this for a little over three weeks now. The sound is absolutely perfect. The set up was done totally flawlessly by installers from BestBuy. We are absolutely happy with our purchase. If you are looking for a surround system for your home, get these speakers and pair with the DefTech 9060 center channel speaker. Yamaha receiver is what we are using that puts out 150 watts per channel. Again, we highly recommend this to anyone interested in a high end sound system for your home.

I already had a pair of tower speakers that we taller, rich sound, same 8” subs…..however these new speakers have a powered sub….huge difference. These new ones have crisp and defined upper sound, combined with the powered subs that give them an output that is unexpected from their smaller size. Definitely a big upgrade from my old ones. Highly recommend and well worth the price. I purchased them at a season discount. Very satisfied.

The integrated subwoofer is nice and convienent. However, they don't last. After Searching through def tech forums, this is a common issue. Definitely not worth the price.

IF you want that great theater sound, this is the item you need to have in your home. Great sound, deep bass, just fantastic all around

While the speakers might be expensive they are certainly worth the price. I use him to play vinyl and also use them as a home theater system.

Love these speakers. I couldn't use a center channel speaker or sound bar due to the physical lack of space. This pair not only acts as the front speakers, but simulates the center so successfully that it makes the center unnecessary. The sound is WAY better than ANY sound bar. Can hear voices perfectly. This pair might also save money over inferior speakers which require the additional cost of a center speaker. Get these! They are great!

Sound is great. But problem is with one of the speakers it gives loud noice while turning on and even few minutes after turning on. Going to take it with warranty service

I own paradigm monitor 7 ,some Polk t series ,and infinity rs5 Wich I have been using for the past 15 yrs.when I heard these demoed I instantly fell in love I knew that these would sound superior to the others so I had to have them also purchased center and two rears and already had bp2 x for surrounds valodyne sub for a 7.1 setup and I half to say I'm completely satisfied with my decision and do not miss my old ones that where retired to basement for another setup I would highly recommend Definitive technology

Recently bought pair of these and I am very impressed. We have a odd shaped home theater that does not lend itself to tons of speakers and that is why we bought these. The fill the room with amazing sound and negated the need for rear speakers. I would highly recommend these speakers to anyone designing a theater or just in need of replacing old technology.
