Good Unless Warranty Is Needed…
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While a bit problematic to set-up, I enjoyed for ~6 months before sub stopped working (no power). Definitive Technology is non-responsive to service inquiries and Best Buy defers to manufacturer - a tidy arrangement for all but the consumer. Very disappointing, especially given the cost.

Outrageous Sound

Dont Buy! This will break in less than 2 years

I have a W-9 that burned up after a year and half and a W-Studio Micro sound bar that wont work. These items are not repairable and customer service only wants to replace the W-9 with a refurbished W-7 and they wont replace the $900 W-Studio Micro sound bar. They wont even have a manager call me back? Just to be clear this over a $1,300 of supposed high end gear that has lasted less than 2 years and it's not like I even listen to them loudly or even very often... Poor customer service and unreliable quality! You wont care about how great it sounded when it's broken...

subwoofer connecting issues and pairing remotes

Programming a remote is a horrible process. After you can get it to work, it randomly forgets the code and has to be done over an over.

Failed after 14 months.

The support told me to just buy a new one. This came highly recommended by my local Best Buy. Huge disappointment from both BB and DT.
