Nice design and sound

Received dirty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just received this product after waiting 2 weeks because it was backordered but decided it was worth the wait considering how much the salesman talked it up. I haven’t even turned the speaker on, but upon opening my box my soundbar looks used, and is dirty. I can’t believe I would receive something in such poor condition when we invested so much money in it. I will be contacting customer service about this because I am very disappointed.

Great sounding Surround Sound, BUT!

In fact it still isn't completely set up. I need to purchase a cable to run from the TV to the DVD player. I wish I would have known that at time of purchase. Now the remote quit working. It came with a new battery. I had brand new batteries for my auto key fobs (say number) so I installed a new one and it still doesn't work. This issue hasn't been resolved yet! Your next question, would I recommend it to a friend? We'll see what happens with my non-functioning remote! For the time being I'll say, yes.

Perfect for my needs

The DT sounds better as the volume increases. At first I didn't feel like the base was loud enough, but after learning how to adjust all the settings, it sounds great. Movies sound fantastic!!

After listening to the speakers and sound bars at Best Buy/Magnolia, I determined it would be Definitive Technology and I am very happy with my decision and the performance.
