Also, the app that was supposed to control everything with they system was terrible and kept dropping connection. Returned in less than 5 days and upgraded to a Sonos (which we adore!!!).

Music sounded ok but for movies it didn't sound much better than the tv speakers. I returned it. I went with what I originally came in to buy the Bose SoundTouch 300. Don't let the sales people convince you to buy this. For some reason Best Buy pushes Definitive technology. Must be high markup

Very frustrated and zero support

Each time the tv is turned on, so must the soundbar. It also requires the use of 2 remotes. I missed the Best Buy 15 day return policy as I was in the hospital. Very frustrated!

Thought it'd be better
