Great Sound

Did not work and Geek Squad couldn't fix it

Geek Squad had never heard of it, so even though I paid for the Geek Squad protection it was worthless. Definitive Technology tech support kept putting me on hold then cutting me off (phone hung up) repeatedly. I eventually drove the 30 miles to return it to Best Buy. Horrible product, horrible service from Best Buy.
