This monitor was amazing...until i got a dead pixel right in the middle. BestBuy has a 15 day return policy which is kind of lame. so now i have a monitor with a noticeable dead pixel.

Really wanted to love this monitor. But colors are just off. Because of TN matrix. Tried to calibrate, but could get a decent result. Everything else expect colors are great!

I bought this monitor right before Nvidia announced they would have freesync working on certain monitors. I paid a hefty amount just for the Gsync feature. Then, faint horizontal gray lines appeared 20 days outside my BB return period. Now I'm stuck with having to deal with Dell about this issue. I will say the monitor is absolutely awesome when it's working, but I can't recommend it in good faith.

I have had to return this monitor 3 times now! The first time was for a ghosting image right in the center of the screen, second time was for the control panel sporadically opening and closing and the third time will be for broken pixels right in the center of the screen! This product is definitely not worth the money exclamation point stick with Asus!!

I had trouble with my gsync 1070 always causing the screen to flash 3 or 4 times when waking the machine. Very annoyed.. the picture was great other than that.

Screen Split in the Middle

The first time I purchased this monitor was on black friday 2018. I was excited and it was doing really well for a while. Then a couple months in the screen would split down the middle and about a millimeter gap would appear to the right side of the screen. If I hover my mouse over that split it appears in the gap to the right of the screen.
Thankfully I bought the warranty and returned after it kept disappearing and reappearing. That was 38 days ago.
Now my SECOND monitor is doing it and it's just as large of a split as the first one. I'll be making a return and looking for a different gaming monitor.

Overpriced and overrated

When I got my monitor I was overjoyed. The lighting was great, the visuals were stunning and I was a happy camper. Fast forward 1 year and I can't be more disappointed. The sound won't work, if I turn on my computer prior to turning on my monitor then my monitor won't register that my computer is on and automatically enters power save mode. It's a huge let down. Don't waste your money on this, get the Acer Predator instead.
